This was the perfect hotel for our visit to Munich. Right next to Marienplatz and Viktuslmarkt in altstadt, close to everything. Large room for the 3 of us. Nice bathroom, great breakfast. Felt very safe, was quiet, and the staff were all very kind. They brought a fan for my son when he requested on- a nice large dyson fan. The breakfast was amazing. I highly recommend

The air conditioning did not work properly (it was “on” but no cold air was coming out). I had to sleep on top of the sheets as it was too hot! Woke up covered in sweat. Common areas are also hot and lacking air circulation. Needs to be fixed! Other than that, it’s a great property conveniently located near everything you need in the heart of Munich.

Property was not as listed. Each bedroom was listed as having 2 separate beds to accommodate 6 guest. There are only 3 total beds that would indeed accommodate 6 sleepers, but was not a fit for our family. Additionally, doing laundry was part of our plans but there is no clothing dryer even though the listing said there is one. Owner is refusing to refund us even though we could not stay there.

Room is very small, the bed is virtually on the floor and as comfortable as an air mattress. The furniture consists of a 4-legged stool, a wicker swing hanging from the ceiling ans a bean bag. There is nothing cozy or comfortable about this room. . Location is good and the staff is friendly.

Stylish Different Hotel in Great location
The location was amazing walking distance to marienplatz and other nice restaurants and bars. The check in is in the middle of an active bar and we were offered a complimentary drink. The noise from bar didnt reach our rooms. We found that rooms could be made abit more comfortable though. Hotel rooms have a very retro vibe. May not be ideal for families with kids.

Hip place, centrally located
This unique hotel is centrally located and a great place to stay when in Munich. The check-in/reception desk is located in the top floor adjacent to the lounge/bar area with a roof-top patio where breakfast is served in the morning. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. In the evening we were pleasantly surprised to find great music playing and upscale vibe from clusters of local young professionals who have discovered this hip, private spot for as a meet up after work or just for a cocktails. Once downstairs in our room you couldn't hear anything from the sound upstairs and we were able to sleep well. There hotel guests were couples, families, and business people and we will happily come back the next time we are in Munich. Tschuss!
