Great hotel with good location
Good location near the Narkets and S Bhan, U Bhan station. And also close to public State park which is good for walk. Parking garage is also enough and the entrance is not narrow Recommende this hotel.

Liked the easy access to public (train) transportation. Did not like the deferred maintenance. Many little things needed taking care of. Mostly though the air-conditioning was set too warm with very limited ability to control.

avoid even looking to book
This hotel claimed that I had made a reservation with them, when in fact I had not. I was unable to prove that to their satisfaction, so I went ahead and stayed at the hotel. When I checked in, I recalled exactly why I did not make a reservation and it was because the only single room they had available was for a handicap person. The staff at the hotel is not to blame only their manager and online service department. Also I found silver fish, which is an insect that lives in the sewer system, running along the baseboard of my room.

Hotel was great, the people there were very nice. In the perfect location to go to Oktoberfest. Only issue I had was with the “gym” they claim to have(they do not) Otherwise excellent stay.

Either the hotel doesn’t use air conditioners or their air conditioners were not working. I traveled with a group and all our rooms were extremely warm through our sray.

Horrible and sweaty experience
First off the hotel did not have internet the day we arrived, they blamed it on a power outage, but the second day the internet was very slow. The worse part was the air conditioning. I complained from the moment we received the room but they did not fix the issue. Our room temperature was always between 26.5-27 degress Celsius (or about 78-79 degress F) and they told us that the temperature was the same for everyone and that they do not follow USA parameters where we want our rooms freezing per their interpretation. We could not sleep the two nights since at 79 degrees we could not stop from sweating. I also wanted them to reimburse me for the second night of stay so i could go elsewhere and they told me they did not have the authority to do so unless the manager agreed (who by the way never arrived to give approval). Would never stay here again.

Worth it
Check in was great. Front desk super helpful in all our needs beyond the room. Room was interesting that the beds were together but separate mattresses. Bathroom was top notch. Would stay again
