Hotel is near to the train station and city center

Pros: Hotel is near to the train station and city center.
Cons: Install split type air conditioner to improve comfort in the summer time.
The hotel does not have air conditioning, just provide an electric fan. The street is too noisy to open the window for fresh air. Motorcycle thundered through the night.

Tolle zentrale Lage, Parkierungsmöglichkeiten, Ideal für einen Städtetrip. Nachts von der Strasse her etwas laut, aber dank Zimmer im 6. Stock war es weniger hörbar.

Lage ist super zentral unweit des Verkehrsknotenpunkts Karlsplatz, Hotel liegt direkt beim Deutschen Theater sowie diversen Filmtheater. Die Fussgängerzone von München erreicht man bequem zu Fuss. Die Strasse ist nachts etwas laut, viel Verkehr, gerade von Einsatzfahrzeugen.

Das Hotel ist perfekt gelegen. in wenigen miniten ist die altstatt zu erreichen. es liegst zwischen sendlinger tor und karlsplatz. für einen städtetrip also perfekt. komfort und schnikschnak hat es nicht und braucht es auch nicht, da man ja sowiso nur dort übernachtet und sonst unterwegs ist. das personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

everything is ok but noisy a bit

Pros: equipments
Cons: cleaning personal (cleaning too early in the morning)
the hotel is well situated near the u-bahn and s-bahn stations. The room is clean and confortable. But the clean personal do the cleaning soon also noisy because it's not well isolated.
