Travelled from England, staff were so polite, very friendly and helpful! The hotel is a 20 minute walk into the city centre, market ect so very ideal! 40 minute journey from the airport around €70/100 trip, Allianz stadium is a 20/25 minute taxi away also! So close to everything you’d want to to do, breakfast is lovely got a mix of everything! The ONLY negative thing was no kettle in the room but there is a fridge there is free tea and coffee in reception tho! Would recommend and hopefully answers all the questions we was wondering also! Thanks for making our stay in Munich even better!!

Another wonderful stay!!!
This is our 2nd stay at this hotel and just love it! Rooms are very clean and the hotel is close to the train station and great shopping and dining in the historic plaza areas. The gentleman who works nights is such a nice person and does a great job! We will be back!!

Unfortunately the laundry I was counting on was not available- it would be useful to let potential guests know it is closed three days of the week, as many like me might be counting on getting some laundry done. The manual checkinn didnt work, the room is a lot smaller than the pictures suggest, the superior room is not superior, it did not over look the courtyard, there is no real bar area, staff were very polite, a section of the shower had fallen off, the duvets on a double bed are two single duvets not one double duvet

The area around the hotel is safe but may appear as if it isn’t. Very convenient to the main train station (HBF). Breakfast is expensive for what you get. Staff were great.

Very nicely located. You can walk to/from central station in ~5 minutes or be at Marienplatz in ~15 minutes. Hotel was clean and check in was easy. Our room was thankfully very quiet. Breakfast buffet was ~€19 per person but it met all of our needs and we were not disappointed. You can also store your luggage which was super helpful. Would stay here again!!
