I stopped here with my daughter in the studio when visiting Munich for Adele, we stopped 2 nights and couldn’t have been happier. The facilities were fantastic. The beds comfy, the shower lovely. Loved the idea of the little bag you could hang on the door at night if you didn’t want your room making up in exchange for a €10 voucher that you can use for breakfast, food or drinks. Breakfast was delicious, a nice selection. Service was attentive and friendly. Would happily come back to Munich just to stay here again!!! Thank you

Overall facility nicely decorated . Location is very walkable to main train station and old downtown . Staff very friendly and accommodating . Shower enclosure door in bathtub has an awkward design thus one was worried the water would splash on the floor. Strong smell of mott balls inside closet

The Kings Hotel First was an excellent choice for my stay in Munich. Their staff was very helpful to this non German speaker. Their facilities are great, and the breakfast there is a great bargain. The best part is the location, it’s about 3 minutes away from the Munich HBF, and less than 10 minutes from the center of the city. If I visit Munich again, this will be my choice hands down.
