It's a little out of the way closer to the outskirts but the environment of the neighborhood and the quality of the hotel grounds is immaculate. Plus you can smoke on the balcony!

We had a nice stay here in December. It is a bit out of the 'hot spots' but close to public transportation. Room was spacious and mostly clean. Only negative was the rugs in the room, they were in need of a vacuum (could of done without rugs). All in all I would recommend!

At the beginning, all was good regarding the hotel. However, when I checked my baby’s bed linen. It was dirty. There were some hair and black marks. It was the first day and we haven’t used the beds yet. It should be clean. The staff changed it in a short time but we shouldn’t spend our time for these things. In the third day, it was dirty. The hotel manager said that it is changed in every 3 days and if it is dirty, it is changed. Although it isn’t clean, it wasn’t changed because it wasn’t checked deeply. Apart from the cleaning, all was good. There were some missing parts in the room like slippers but they brought them immediately when we requested.

Really enjoyed our stay at Kreis Residenz. The hotel is well kept and the room was spacious and comfortable. It’s 15 minutes walk from Trudering Station has good access to the U-Bahn and S-Bahn.

Super schoon appartement. Personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Alle in en outs van München werden verteld. Ondanks het Corona tijdperk was er een goed ontbijt geregeld. Top appartement. Alleen de ligging kan beter maar daar staat tegenover dat het is gelegen op een rustige locatie. We hebben daar 6 nachten met heel veel plezier doorgebracht. Zeker een aanrader.

The Staff was very helpful about what to do and how to do things in Munich/Germany. They allowed us into our rooms 6 hours early after we arrived from the USA. Fantastic as we were very tired.
