Comfortable and centrally located
Great location just opposite the Munich HBF. Welcoming atmosphere. Hotel exterior however looked old & tired for a 4/5 star hotel (especially compared to Sofitel just across the street which was decked out in Xmas lights and looked magical). Room is too dark with too few lights, a little dated out otherwise spacious and very comfortable. Tried the pool but it was just too cold to swim in winter (slightly heated but insufficiently).

All of the staff were pleasant but Luisa and Katsia stood out. They were very knowledgeable and helpful on several issues we had. We so appreciated their efficiency and knowledge.

Brilliant long weekend
Very pleasant 3 night stay. Easy to get to main station. Breakfast amazing and so much choice. We had dinner one evening and had fo leave some as so much food. All staff very nice and helpful.

Noise from antisocial users in the meeting room.
The hotel was clean and well maintained. Staff were excellent but could not get the noisy meeting room users to keep the doors shut so it was impossible to rest during the day.

Room was available early but we found out that the water was not working, so no Tlt or wash facilities for a while, it did come on later, updates were different from everyone we spoke to but apart from this, a good hotel
