In the east of Munich, the beautiful holiday home "Muc City de Lux" extends over a living space of 120 m² and is surrounded by vegetation - due to the high walls and the colourful furnishings, it radiates southern flair. The accommodation is located on the 2nd floor and consists of a living room with large window fronts, a very well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, one sleeping niche with a single bed, as well as one bathroom and can accommodate 5 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, fans, satellite TV, board games, a baby cot and a high chair. A balcony with chairs and a table awaits you outside, where you can start your day with a delicious breakfast. In addition, comfortable loungers invite you to relax in the fresh air. The nearest supermarket is 350 m away and a selection of restaurants and cafés are 400 m away. The apartment is close to the S-Bahn station of the airport line S8 (approx. 15 minutes to the city centre). The S-Bahn station is a 5 to 8-minute walk away. It is also very easy to get to the Munich Trade Fair Centre by car (approx. 8 minutes) or to the city centre (15-20 minutes). Furthermore, there is a bus directly in front of the front door that goes in various directions (U4, city centre and also to the trade fair centre).

Parking is available on the street. There is no lift in the building. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. During the construction and furnishing of the apartment, it was ensured that no materials containing harmful substances were used and the mattresses of the beds are new and protected against mites. Great location, wonderful apartment
We stayed at Andreas's house on the first leg of a 17 day trip visiting Gemany, Switzerland, Itlay / Sardinia and Iceland. The house is in a great location! Two grocery stores within walking distance, bakery, resturants etc. The S Bahn train is a 4 block walk making old town Munich a mere 15 minutes away. The Englishgarden is about 15 minutes by bus or train or bike. The apartment itself is wonderful!: clean, very quiet, comfortable, light filled and spacious. It was very enjoyable having the open view to the park / soccer field behind the house as we had open sky views for sunsets every night. We had acces to laundry which Andreas's wife graciously let us use. The neghborhood is very nice, filled with a mix of beautiful newer and well kept vintage single family homes, some with beautiful gardens and private pools. Thre is a very nice park about a mile south with a nice lakeside resturant (Haus am See Muchen) it makes for a splended everning walk there and back. Be sure to checkout the Daglfing flea market, a huge open air vintage swap meet and flea market held at the Daglfing horse racing track about 3 miles from the house, it's huge, hundreds of booths! Overall, we were very happy with the stay at Andreas's house, he and his wife are a pleasure to chat and visit with and they provided many helpful tips and suggestions. A.
