Had a good experience. Only issue (which is in me) is that they call themselves an airport hotel, when it is still very far from the airport. Very clean, comfortable and safe.

The property was nice and clean. Easy to check in and out. The only downside is that there is no air conditioning. Even with the windows opened it was 28C during the night. Which is not very confortable to sleep in. It is around 10 minutes from Munich airport (15Km). Uber from the airport to the hotel will cost you between 35-40 euros each way, while taxi between 50-60 euros.

Everything about the room was fine but when we arrived, there was no parking and no one to talk to about the issue. So many had to get creative about where they parked and then got notices on their cars (we did too). There needs to be instructions for people who can't find a spot if there isn't any staff on site.

The room was clean ans that us where the positive ends. No shampoo in the bathroom. No AC in the room at all. We were there with kids and it was 35 outside. You can open the window but what help that is when its too hot outside. For someone like myself who has heart condition, room without AC in middle of summer is insanely bad. I spent the night in the bathroom showering with cold water every 30 minutes to cool down. My family hasn't slept all night either. This has most definatley ruined our stay in Munich. We will NEVER stay there again.

So so incredibly hot. We stayed here one night to catch a flight the next day and this was probably the hottest hotel we stayed at during our trip. Just miserable with no AC and no fans. We had two rooms for our family of 7 and we were so uncomfortable and sweating all night long even with the windows open to let in some air. Would NOT recommend staying here during the summer.

Horrible Experience
I don't often leave reviews but this experience was bad. The room was so HOT, no ventilation. Opened the windows and it made it even worse. Plus people smoking out of other windows so made the smell horrible. We reached out via message and phone. No response to either. During check in, they offered breakfast buffet for a surcharge. We opted in and paid 25 euros for 2 people. Next morning, we asked around after looking for the buffet, and the maids said there is no breakfast there. Multiple people working said the same. We GOT CHARGED! aka SCAMMED. We called again and still no response.

I checked in around 8pm. You check in on a kiosk before the doors will even open for you, which is inconvenient, and in this case, unsafe. There were several men gathered outside smoking while I was entering all of my private information and being assigned a room number, and I was obviously checking in alone. This made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. I had planned to walk to Burger King for a late dinner, but instead stayed in my room for the night. There’s no AC, which is not a problem, but these men stayed out in front of the hotel until very late smoking and talking and I had to have my window open. I wish my room had not faced the parking lot.

It was very warm in my room I could not sleep with the amount of perspiration and your hotel could not provide any fan or relief, which is totally unacceptable Breakfast was inconsistent . One day I could not get water for breakfast. And though your advertising for breakfast includes one piece of fruit, a strawberry, The breakfast does not include any fresh fruit.
