This is my second time to stay here and I love it! We arrived to the hotel early but they got us a room immediately which was very nice! The room is spacious and clean. Most importantly it’s a great location! Walked to the Oktoberfest and everywhere!

Very clean hotel, I stayed here before and i knew what to expect. The access to hotel it is hindered by the construction on the street. Car access is limited. Otherwise highly recommended

Room was outdated and we were given a room on a floor that is still undergoing reno, no wall paper baseboard in the hall way, worst we found 2 bugs in the bathroom like little cockroaches , showed the photos to the staff but that was about it . This is not a 4 star hotel , outside lots of construction and road closure , not orderly as the rest of the city . I am disappointed , particularly it is not cheap to stay here .

Perfect place to stay.Clean rooms , very welcoming staff, decent breakfast 👌, kitchenette in the room was a nice and useful feature. However it's ongoing constructions on Schiller street but our room was quite. Also the hotel very close to all public transports.

1. Cleanliness Since the first day of arrival, we had a stinky toilet. The mirrors and sink were not clean either. 2. Noise It’s loud. I can’t spot what it is but there was this relentless whirring sound from what seemed like a vent outside, and the windows weren’t very sound proof. 3. Location The only positive quality about this hotel was that it was near the train station. But even that is debatable, given that the neighborhood itself is not exactly pristine and the fact that the entrance was a sketchy back alley walkway. 4. Overall I’m surprised that this hotel had such high ratings. In my standards, this is more like a motel (back alley entrance, quality of rooms, etc.)

Great value, location, and service
A wonderful hotel in a very convenient part of the city, close to everything. Streets nearby are well-lit and safe to walk. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and excellent. Room was very comfortable and cleaned daily. PS. I had a small problem, independent of my hotel stay, and the help that I received from the hotel's team was most appreciated.

The hotel is not as the photos depict. It’s less glamorous looking, positioned well and good for a quiet stay. The hot water and cold water in the shower was a headache to adjust, switching from one to the other. Amazed how this could happen randomly and unexpectedly!
