Friendly and helpful staff. A bit out of center town, but easy commute with tram and subway (20-25min). Parking is not part of hotel, a block away (if coming with car). Served is well.

Felt like a nice new building that they were running on a shoestring budget. They didn't change sheets, you had to request the coffee machine and it only comes with two capsules, and the walking directions from the tram station were wrong. At least it was new and the air conditioning worked

Expensive breakfast for a low key hotel
Breakfast 18 euros ? It should be offered for free considering the level of the hotel - if you wish to charge extra, my suggestion do it at a more normal price - we are not staying at a high level hotel it feels more like a travel lodge hotel.
