RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE BEACH! GREAT VIEWS FROM THE DECK! 2 bedroom 2 bath pier home that sleeps 6. Living room has sleeper sofa, love seat,2 chairs and five tables along with flat screen television. Living room is open to brand new sliding glass doors to deck. Dining room seats four. Master bedroom has a king size bed with brand new hardwood floors installed. Master closet has plenty of room to hang cloths. Master bathroom has brand new flooring installed. Master bathroom has one sink with stand up shower only. 2nd bedroom has two twin beds with new hardwood floors. Twin bedroom also has a television for the kids to enjoy. Hall bathroom has new flooring as well. The hall bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Kitchen is completely stocked. Kitchen has refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, 12 cup coffee pot, blender and toaster. . Two bar stools are at kitchen island. Highchair and Pack n' play are also available for renters to use. Side by side washer and dryer are in the house. Deck with great ocean view has outdoor furniture, charcoal grill and outside shower. Free WIFI available. NO SMOKING, NO PETS Linens are not included but linen package can be purchased. Enjoy the Oceanside Village Community the includes private beach parking that includes bathrooms and showers, indoor pool, two outdoor pools with splash area for the kids. Also renters can use playground, volleyball, basketball, two bocceball courts, pickleball court and two tennis courts. Golf carts can be rented thru Oceanside Village.

Nice place very close to the beach
Everything was clean and as advertised. It’s really close to the beach. Very nice not to have to worry about parking. Did not realize it’s a gated community. Just have to remember to bring your key card to scan in the gate. The houses are very close together. porch space is 6-10 feet from neighbors porch space. But it was not a problem for us.

Great location!
We’ve come to Surfside many years now. Loved the location of the property. You can see the ocean from the balcony and the beach is right across the street. First time we have rented where Rose was the leasing agent and their check in/out process was so much easier! The only con that I had is the property needs a paint job and some cleaning on their outside furniture. But, overall, we loved our stay and had a great vacation!
