My name is Tammy Sanderfer and I am the owner of Fiesta Sands and its sister property Siesta Sands (vrbo # 393873). Let me tell you a little bit of information about Fiesta Sands and all of the wonderful features it offers our guests.

Fiesta Sands is a multi-level raised beach house that is 1 block from the majestic Atlantic Ocean on a quaint, quiet street with 2 easy accesses to the beautiful Garden City Beaches. It is an easy 3 minute, flat walk, to the beach where you can relax and enjoy paradise!
The house is decorated in a beach style theme to appeal to the modern family or multiple family groups. With 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, this home is ideal for the large family or two-family vacations. There are 2 MASTER SUITES, each suite has a KING bed, walk-in-closet closet, master bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, and private balcony ! Bedrooms 3 & 4 have queen beds, and bedroom 5 has 2 double beds. EVERY bedroom has large closets, dressers and a 32 inch flat screen TV with cable!
The main level boasts wide open, light, airy spaces including a large family room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom area. The living room has a 50 inch plasma TV with extended cable to watch ESPN or the golf channel, and a library of popular DVD'S for your enjoyment. A private deck off the family room offers the opportunity to share a morning coffee or to relax while sipping on an after-dinner drink. This open and and spacious floor plan easily accommodates up to 14 guests comfortably, and is perfect for evening conversations or playing board games with the whole group. Fiesta Sands is the perfect combination of modern convenience and a restful vacation paradise, and of course your small furry pet family members are welcome as well.*

If the beach gets to be to hot, come back home and enjoy relaxing in YOUR OWN PRIVATE POOL ! If there are those in your group that like to stay out of the sun, we have a covered porch just for them, where they can still relax and be a part of the group ! Like to BBQ ? Enjoy your own PRIVATE custom kitchen/bar with granite countertops and a built in Weber grill. It is a great area to spend with family and friends !
If you prefer the beach spend your days lounging on the beach soaking up the sun, and remembering how good a relaxing vacation can be. Take a short walk to the classic Garden City Pier, and spend some time in the nostalgic cafes, shops, arcade and watering holes that have been enjoyed for generations by Grand Strand vacationers. At night the Garden City Pier comes alive with 2 bands that play nightly in the summer. Enjoy watching people of all ages dancing and enjoying the night away or let the kids watch the many people catching fish off the pier.

For the golf lovers in your group, the area provides the perfect environment to enjoy the many championship courses the area has to offer! At Fiesta Sands we offer a storage shed where they can keep their clubs and not have to bring them into their house !

Thanksgiving Break
We really enjoyed our stay here for the Thanksgiving break. The house is conviently located and the description matches perfectly. My only suggestion is you may want to bring your own blankets. It is probably fine during the summer, but for cooler weather the comforters were not thick enough for me (I am naturally more on the cold side). We would recommend this house to our friends and making plans to come back over the summer.

Perfect for Family Getaway!
Great location! This beautiful home fit all of our needs! It had everything our family needed for a long weekend. Very spacious, with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. We especially enjoyed the open floor plan on the main level.

The house was beautiful and roomy. . It was very close (walking distance) to the beach. The pool was very small for the number of guests (14) at the house but the backyard was spacious. Checking in was easy. I do suggest having another garbage can for the bags ( 2 was not enough). Fun week!

Great house, but didn’t exactly feel the southern hospitality
The house is awesome, lots of space & in a very convenient location. However some very basic things that are standard in the dozens of rental properties around the world I’ve seen were just plain unexpected & I wished I’d know about them before I booked so hopefully this helps someone else avoid the unnecessary stress it brought me on the weekend I was getting married. There was not one spare roll of toilet paper or paper towels (we rented both sides of the house)- you have to supply your own I was told when I asked the host. I also had to ask for HAND SOAP because most bathrooms either didn’t have one at all or were almost empty- they were delivered the following afternoon. When we arrived we couldn’t even open the door because of the laundry bags sitting on the top stop. I emailed the host because we didn’t know if laundry outside was clean or dirty, she didn’t return my attempt to reach out until the following afternoon when obviously it was too late & we had figured it out. When we finally got into the house we had to put sheets on all the beds & sort our towels- every member of our party found this so bizarre considering the way the house is presented. Interactions with the host were overall fair, until she flipped out on me the day after my wedding for the late check out that she PRE-APPROVED months prior. She forgot herself until I reminded her while she berated me less than 24 hours after my wedding. She failed to tell her cleaning person about the change in check-out & then took out her frustrations on me, which on any day is just completely unacceptable. We enjoyed the house, but I wouldn’t recommend it if you don’t have time for chores (which we did not but obviously had no choice if we wanted to sleep on sheets) & if you’d like to avoid the host reaming you a new one over things she agreed to in advance. God bless!

Great property close to beach but yard is not as pictured
This property was great. It was clean and well laid out. Made for a very enjoyable vacation. The owner was easy to work with and easy to communicate with. It is a block from the beach public access point. Our only complaint is that the yard is not as pictured on the advertisement. It was important for us to have a place to let our dog out and be fenced in. There is no grass in the yard. It is all sand. The lack of grass also causes the sand to blow in the pool. Not a complete deal breaker but our expectations were not met regarding the pool/yard. Otherwise a great place to stay.

Highly Recommend Fiesta Sands!
I would absolutely book again at Fiesta Sands with Tammy! Tammy was lovely, send a text confirming the number of people so she had all beds prepared and also emailed all the information over with very thorough instructions. The neighborhood was lovely, quiet and off the main road. Very close to a Super Walmart, coffee shops and restaurants.
