Nauti täydestä rantakokemuksesta parvekkeeltasi tai olohuoneesi mukavuudesta. Sea Oaks on pieni kompleksi, jolla on kätevä hissi. Kun olet valmis tuntemaan pehmeän lämpimän hiekan varpaiden välissä, ranta on aivan parkkipaikalta, voit jättää rantavälineet autoon. Sea Oaks on suuri osa suuresta Garden City -rannalta, se ei ole täynnä. Loistava sijainti, vain noin puolen kilometrin päässä Garden Cityn laiturista pohjoiseen, jossa on ravintoloita ja kauppoja.

Rentoudu jokaisen lomapäivän jälkeen viihtyisällä kalustuksella. Nauti taulu-tv: stä tai rentoudu näköalalla rannalle turvatarkastetulta parvekkeelta. Makuuhuoneessa on uusi king-size-vuode ja tv, jossa on täydellinen kylpyhuone. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta sekä toinen kylpyhuone. Olohuoneen sohva on queen-size-vuodesohva. Kuohuviini on täysin varustettu graniittitasoilla, täysikokoisella jääkaapilla, liesi, uuni, mikroaaltouuni, leivänpaahdin, pienet kodinkoneet, kattilat ja pannut. Astiat, lasitavarat ja astiat ovat valmiina. Liinavaatteet tarjotaan, sängyt tehdään, saippua, paperipyyhkeet ja roskapussit ovat käsillä. Condo was nice and clean. Location was wonderful. Parking was horrible. Many vehicles with no parking passes were taking up the spots reserved for two cars with just one vehicle and many times there was no spots available for our one car. Overall, very nice stay.

Cleanliness

The location and view was wonderful! The refrigerator had finger prints on it and the glass door going out to the balcony was not cleaned. Fingerprints and suntan lotion was still on it. Dish cloths, dish towels or hand soap was provided as stated. We were able to purchase these items after we checked in. The outside door was filthy - looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. Dirt and cobwebs were on the door which made the condo not look very welcoming. Like I said, the view and location was amazing!

Bad day at the beach

The property was very rundown, dirty and had roaches crawling all over the place. We were in there about five minutes and exterminator came to spray I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Garden City Review

Enjoyed stay and property inside was excellent. Property could use some updating on the exterior. Too many beach rules we are going to return to Florida for our beach vacations - we must be allowed to use sunshades and those were not allowed on Garden City beach.

We booked it for our trip to CCMF and loved every bit of it we were close enough to everything to have a blast but far enough away to not have to deal with the hustle and bustle of the beach. It was nice and relaxing.

We had a good week. We often stay in Surfside or Garden City. For the first time, we got to see dolphins swim by. We were thrilled. I very much appreciated the elevator at this location (I have a bum knee) We were a bit freaked out when some bugs got into the condo - we thought they were huge roaches but was reassured by property management that they were palmetto bugs.

Overall wonderful experience

My only complaint is the parking! It was terrible. One morning someone even pulling in behind our car completely blocking us in. On the other hand. The room was nice and clean. We had everything we needed. It was so nice being able to set on a balcony and watch the waves.

Good in a pinch

We decided to go to Garden City at the last minute and this property was one of the few available. Great location. Ample parking. Elevator a plus. Property is dated and and seems unkempt. Decor is random. Dining set very clunky and not kid-friendly. Several electrical outlets around the house are loose and could potentially be a fire hazard. No garbage can in the master bathroom. Toilet seat in the master bathroom will not stay up. Patio sliding door does not lock. Both showers in both bathrooms have hot/cold reversed - quite a challenge at first to figure out. I’ve showered in a camper with a bigger shower than the one in this master bathroom - good luck - the guest bathroom is much bigger. Pool is clean but lacking furniture. Was a good property to find last minute but likely wouldn’t book again, especially for the price.

The condo was dirty in respect to hair on the sofa and floor was sandy and bugs laying around in corner. Shampoo and soap was in main bathroom shower that was left behind. Other than that condo was great.

Quick get away

We enjoyed our stay and loved being so close to the ocean. We would stay here again. I would suggest that some updates be done to some things and I think it could have been a little cleaner. Looked like it was cleaned in a hurry.

This is a Great Little Condo

If you are expecting luxury this isn't it. But if you want a clean and comfortable condo in a great and quite location, don't hesitate to book. We stayed 3 nights and had a lovely time. The view is wonderful.

Overall our experience with the place & it's appearance was rated 4 stars. The reason for that is because there was hair in the guest bathroom. It was in the shower, on the floor. And also we found some in the refrigerator. There was also food in the freezer that was left over. For those reasons I gave the rating a 4. Other than that it was a cute, wonderful place to stay. I love that the balcony has a screen around it. The check in & check out process was easy. Everyone was super friendly. I would definitely stay there again!!!

Disappointed Customers

In dire need of some updating. The balcony door wouldn’t lock and hot water in the hall shower was non existent. The extremely small shower in the other bathroom had lukewarm water at best. A wall in the living room was damaged. The condo looks neglected at best. The location is fantastic and iTrips was great to deal with. Just extremely disappointed with the property itself. Would not stay here again nor recommend.

Needs updated

Carpet in master was filthy , exhaust fan in hall bath squealed badly , condo needs updated , found remote in master under bed , no batteries in remote for other bedroom, found trash under couch . Property needs to be patrolled better !!! All kinds of people from across the street using pool ect …
