The house is situated in the Torreira suburbs on a lane 300 meters from the N327 main road - only 2 kms north from the center of the charming seaside resort village of Torreira and only minutes away from other nearby beautiful beaches in Furadouro, S. Jacinto and the Reserva Natural das dunas de S. Jacinto. There are several good restaurants and cafés in the area. Conveniently located on the Costa de Prata between Aveiro (36 kms) and Espinho casino (31 kms), Oporto (53 kms). Also ideal as a home base for day trips to enjoy the regional gastronomy and experience the many cultural and historical sites that are within a couple of hours driving from this central Portugal location. Coimbra (94 kms), Viseu (99 kms), Conímbriga (102 kms), Guimaraes (105 kms), Braga (106 kms), Figueira da Foz (108 kms), Viana do Castelo (127 kms), Ponte de Lima (135 kms), Fatima (166 kms), Guarda (168 kms), Batalha (170 kms), Alcobaça (182 kms), Nazare (184 kms).
