Though the room was dirty and smelled like smoke, the lady who was working the front desk was very nice. The did refund us because online it stated they had a pool, and they did not. I was thankful the staff was understanding.
Very convenient location while visiting Michigan Adventure. The front desk lady was very friendly and caring. Walking distance to Mcdonald and the gas station. Right off the highway,which was nice too. Definitely a quiet location with friendly staff.
The bathroom smelled like mold and pee. The shower curtain didn’t hang right so when you showered all the water just came out the sides. The noise from the hallway and the people above us kept us up most the night and woke us up very early the next morning.
Everything about the hotel room was gross. The smell of the room was disgusting. The bathroom smelled like old vomit. The bathroom didn't look like it was cleaned. The towels were all folded differently as if the room wasn't turned over from the old guests. The towels were stained. The bedding smelled like it hadn't been washed in years. The mattress was like a rock and you got 1 lumpy old pillow. Not what you'd expect for spending almost $200 a night. I would never return to this location.
Beware of this hotel. It is rundown, dirty, and unsafe. I had to call the manager on a phone at the front desk and he answers it by saying "What's wrong?" I said that I was there to check in, so he shows up to check me in. He took me downstairs into a very dark hallway to my room which was also very dark. The sprinkler on the ceiling was gone, the bathroom was old and dirty. I decided to do an errand and came back an hour later to see a police car out front. It looks like some people live there because there were personal items in the windows. I decided to leave and go to another hotel. I forfeited my money. I felt very unsafe. I do not recommend this hotel at all, stay very far away! There are other options up the road.

Drunk people out in the side in the car for them people fighting outside what the terrible conditions for people
The place is infested with cockroaches, the bedding linens are filthy dirty and looks to have never been washed. The room had a bad oder as soon as you walked in. The mattresses were old and lumpy. We got a refund after less than 10 minutes in the room. Never stay here!!
