Stunning Muskoka Waterfront Cottage on 3 Mile Lake!

3 Mile Muskoka Cottage is a quintessential cottage surrounded by 2 waterfronts- 3 Mile Lake and the Dee River! This private 2 acre property offers serenity while enjoying the amenities of a Muskoka cottage. The lake is calm and accessible via the private dock less than 100 steps from the cottage. Enjoy the tranquility of water activities such as kayaking, canoeing or swimming in the lake! While relaxing inside, you'll love the large Muskoka window overlooking the water!

The Great Hall is on the main floor which has large Muskoka windows overlooking the water! There are a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 full washrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed with an ensuite. Bedroom two has 2 bunk beds which can sleep 4. The third bedroom has a queen size bed. Fully equipped kitchen with an 8 piece dining set. There’s also a loft where kids love going up and playing.

The lower level has a fourth bedroom with a King size bed! The lower level has a pool table and a ping pong table and a basketball arcade for hours of entertainment. TV’s on both floors.

Fully equipped kitchen. Complete with cooking utensils and dishes and a Keurig coffee maker. Basics such as salt pepper and some spices will be available.

Bed linens and bath towels are provided. Outside, there is a propane BBQ.
We have two kayaks, a canoe and a paddle board for you to enjoy. Adult life jackets are provided. Please bring properly fitted life jackets for your children. There are security cameras at the exterior of the property.

The property is accessible by road and has 3 comfortable parking spots.

Other things to note:
The cottage is situated on a hill so there are a few steps to go down from the house to the dock. The property is on 3 Mile Lake and the Dee River - this means two different waterfronts with over 1000ft of water! It’s quite gorgeous and there is a very large area to hang out with a pine-tree canopy that covers the fire pit area.

If you're booking the cottage for the winter months, given the Muskoka weather and the steep driveway, you will need an all-wheel-drive or 4x4 vehicle.
During your stay at this cottage, you'll be within walking distance of Dee Bank Falls. The cottage includes amenities such as free WiFi and a kitchen.
