This is a 2 bedroom - 2 bathroom apartment just 1/2 block from Family Kingdom amusement park. We are located in a super cute building with family owned retail store fronts on the 1st floor that include: Ice Cream shop, Beachwear boutique, pizza shop, breakfast cafe' , visitors center, convenience store and a hookah lounge. Perfect for a family or a few friends to do anything from a weekend to a full week stay any time of year. Plenty of space with a full kitchen and balcony with ocean views. directly across the street from the ocean and walking distance to blvd. attractions.

No one clean our rooms and no one supply toilet paper No Trash bag either. Place was dirty

Smelled of marijuana and cigarette smoke . Not clean , dryer didn’t work , outdated
As soon as we entered it reeked of marijuana and cigarette smoke . Beds had sand in them . Kitchen floor tiles chipped / broken . Mildew in dishwasher filter , dryer didn’t work , no ice in ice maker , didn’t make any . Little black bugs / mosquitos in bathrooms and unit . Pictures on Vrbo did not represent the property . Even the booklet with unit info was dirty .

Perfect Place!
The condo was perfect for my family of 4! We loved how close we were to the beach. The condo was so clean when we got in. It had everything we needed! We can’t wait to visit again!
