Nicely renovated 3 bedroom/2 baths in beautifully updated super convenient elevated 1st-floor unit (1270 square feet…sleep 11) in the oceanfront South Hampton at the exclusive Kingston Plantation private resort with 145 lush acres and a half-mile of pristine beach. Apache Pier is a short walk on the beach and can be seen from the condo. Unit is literally just a few steps to the beach, 2 pools, Starbucks, beachfront café/bar, boardwalk to Embassy Suites & Hilton. Resort is found in a prime location between Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle with Tanger Outlets less than a mile and Barefoot Landing less than 2 miles. Getting there is easy with direct access to Hwy 22 bypass avoiding seasonal traffic. Every room has a balcony and a 55 inch wall-mounted smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, Paramount Plus and Cable. Open layout kitchen is generously equipped and supplied. There is dining seating for 11. The condo is stocked for comfort & convenience including everything you need for the beach (towels, toys, chairs, blanket, umbrella) as well as time inside (fast wifi, wii, board games, throw blankets, luxury bedding, washer/dryer, etc.). Double barn doors have been added to a bedroom with a murphy bed and sleeper sofa next to the main living area expanding the common space when desired. On property you have access to restaurants, bike rental, playground, volleyball courts and more. From May 21, 2022 through September 10, 2022 we require a Saturday to Saturday 7-night stay.
