Summary:
A FRIENDLY REMINDER TO ALL OUR GUESTS:
You must be at least 21 years of age to rent our properties.
We are in no association with the resort. Please do not follow what the other guests of the resort do (ex: giving used towels to staff at the resort, asking front desk for assistance ((aside from new access cards)), etc.) We are your hosts, not the resort. Also, please be aware that we can only control over the room you are staying in. We cannot control the parking garages, the cleanliness of the resort, pools, elevators, or anything else in the building. Thank you for your understanding!

The Space:
This unit offers:
- one bedroom with two queen sized beds- one full bathroom- a kitchen- living room area. The living area has a sleeper sofa making room for 1 or 2 more guests.
The unit comes with a regular coffee pot for your coffee needs. Enjoy the city view and ocean view with your two balconies all to yourself!

Guest Access:
Guests are granted access to all amenities at the resort including all pools, the lazy river, and an onsite Starbucks.
The guest cannot hold the host responsible for resort controlled amenities. (inoperable pools, hot tubs, balconies)The pool and kiddie pool will be shut down for two weeks starting on Monday, December 5, 2022, to complete the resurfacing project.

The Neighborhood:
Bay View Resort is nestled directly in front of the 1.2 miles long Myrtle Beach Oceanfront Boardwalk, a lengthy stretch that provides pristine views of the entire beach line and direct access to numerous shops and restaurants as well as the Myrtle Beach SkyWheel. Along this curving path, guests can enjoy:
- oceanfront views
- a refreshing sea breeze
- some of the greatest dining and entertainment the beach has to offer.

Getting Around:
Vehicles continue to be the primary form of transportation in Myrtle Beach, but a guest could use Uber and/or Lyft or choose to bike/walk. However, biking and walking would limit your dining and activities.

Other Things to Note:
The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Rentals' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules.
Renters must be at least 25 years of age to rent our properties.
This is a non-smoking property and all guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 USD

Interaction with Guests:
Hosts are located in Myrtle Beach and are available to help when needed, however we will respect your privacy. Due to the keyless entry we will likely not meet our guests unless needed.
During your stay at this condo building, you're just a quick walk from Myrtle Beach Boardwalk. Enjoy features like an indoor pool, a gym and 1 hot tub. A kitchen and a balcony are available in the condo.

Nice place, as long as...
...you don't have mobility issues or low tolerance for crowded (lines for) elevators, 1.5 block walk to parking garage, and a fair amount of kids around the grounds and pool, or (interior) if heights or asymmetry bothers you (this place is all corner angles) or if you need a well-stocked kitchen. If you can manage with poor cooking supplies (we ate out a lot) the kitchen was just enough space for a simple meal using the cooktop stove and full-size refrigerator. There is no blender or toaster, but the simple coffee maker was working just fine. We really enjoyed the 2 balconies with a full panoramic view of 1/4 beach and 3/4 city views, the well designed and modern updated style/decor. WARNING the beds are very soft and you'll have to have patience for the occasional weed smoke from other balconies (which is quite private -you can't see) and some loud music from the cars on the street below. We enjoyed this clean, simple and modern, well-priced condo. I personally enjoyed the few steps to the beach, the excellent staff, the view (once I got used to being so high) and the convenient boardwalk and stroll to restaurants and bars. Communication with the management company was simple, prompt, and helpful, and not too intrusive. The surrounding town is filled with many minigolf, shopping, restaurants (the tiki-bar on 8th street was great and the Brazil steak house was worth the money), amusement parks and things for families to do! Fun Place! Glad we stayed there!

If you are young, it's for you. As we are over 65, this definitely was not for us. Very disappointed with the way this property was listed. It should definitely be stated this is no place for older adults.

Beautiful View/Pitiful Kitchen
The condo was very clean, towels were stocked. in the bathroom. Communication was sketchy, took along time to respond and and didn't exactly answer direct questions. The kitchen was my reason on the lower review. There were 2 frying pans, one broken, very very old, no baking pans, generic yard sale looking dishes. I have stayed at VRBO homes for years. This was the worst stocked kitchen ever. Most have aluminum foil, cooking utensils, laundry soap, salt, pepper, etc. A few things anyway. Not asking for a full stocked kitchen. We ended up just going out to eat, which was disappointing considering we elected a home with a kitchen. We were to be at a wedding at 6pm. At 4:30pm, the hair dryer was broken and never turned on. I did contact the realtor, they did respond quickly this one and only time stating they could drop one off in about an hour. However; my husband ran to Wal Mart to buy one, as time was ticking. I would not return..
