Kingston Plantation on 145 hehtaarin, 450 miljoonan dollarin mestarin suunnittelema merenrantakohteen yhteisö, jossa on 24 tunnin vartioitu portti. Wonderful Labor day/Birthday getaway
We really enjoyed our long weekend stay at this property. Everything was as described in listing, with beautiful ocean sunrise views from our balcony. Had a little hiccup but owner was quick to respond and very helpful. Definitely would stay again.

Beautiful Condo
Owners were very friendly and available if needed for any questions upon arrival. The condo was immaculate and extremely spacious! Myrtle Beach has always been a family favorite; however, this was our first time staying at the Kingston Plantation. It reminded us more of an extremely large resort with pools spaced throughout, but not easily accessible to all. ***Please note this has NOTHING to do with the owner: Margate, in specific, is not the best place to go with small children or anyone who likes to play and have fun… too many rules. However, other pools (i.e., the Brighton next door) was easily accessible and much more lenient, which is where we spent most of our pool time. Overall, I’d give this a 5-star rating for the condo, owners, and cleanliness of the property. Thanks for an enjoyable week in Myrtle Beach, SC!

Wonderful vacation
The condo was very spacious, nicely decorated, clean and well equipped! The master bed was very comfortable! The pool deck and hot tub were nice additions to the beautiful beach. I’ve been to Kingston Plantation for the past 13 years and this was the nicest building and condo I’ve stayed in! The owner was extremely responsive…within minutes each time I reached out! A great experience and a great family vacation in the books!

Corner unit with beautiful views! The kitchen has everything you need. Beautiful condo, new carpets, mater bed is super comfortable. Spacious bathrooms too. Tammy was available immediately for any questions or concerns.

A great family trip!
Thus space is so big and roomy! Perfect for all of us to have our own beds and baths! Lots of cooking appliances so we could cook when we wanted. I would consider this room ocean view and not oceanfront. One end of the larger deck faces the ocean , neither of the back two bedroom decks have an ocean view. The place needs some updating and deep cleaning. But the property is super nice and the pool is so pretty; right beside the pier too! We loved our time there! We would stay there again.

Location is great but the condo needs some work.
The condo location and the view is great. The condition of the condo is very old and needs to be update. The carpets were dirty and stained and looked like they have not been replace in many years. The faucet and shower in one bedroom need repairs. The shower water pressure was horrible and the hot water handle pulled right off. The cabinets paint is peeling in all the cabinets in the kitchen. The tv in one room we could not turn on. The AC unit made a loud sound like a buzzer when kicking on. The cleaning crew just did an okay job from the last stay. We had to re-clean to our liking some areas. All in all, the unit needs updating and repairs.

Great place for a family!
We had the most amazing time here! The space is large enough for a big family. The kids loved it. We could easily get the to beach and the pool was right outside the building. Tammy answered our phone call immediately when we needed her. The property was clean and safe.

Property and location was great, almost perfect. Location was private and secluded from the main strip. It had a resort feel to it. Unit had Plenty of room with an open concept and a beautiful view. Unit was clean but could have been better. 7 out of 10 on cleanliness. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing easy going vacation. Definitely will visit again.

A wonderful and relaxing vacation!
We had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed the condo. The location is phenomenal because you have everything in walking distance or short-driving distance (beach, restaurants, shopping, etc.). The views from the condo are breathtaking. We enjoyed just sitting on the balcony sipping our coffees. We truly did not have to do much except get ready for the beach everyday. The owner checked on us to make sure we were doing well. Anyone would enjoy staying here. Hope to come back again!!!

What a nice place! Reviews are spot on, Tammy is just super to deal with. Never had an easier check-in, so much space - everything so clean and beds are so comfy! Has everything you need and a beautiful view - close to everything. We stayed here for a baseball tournament 10 miles away and it worked perfectly. Fabulous rental!
