The pool area needed to be refurbished and the hallways to the rooms were dingy and dirty. Paint splatters in the elevator not very attractive!!

Room was horrible even after I called them and asked if it was newly remodeled. It WAS NOT!!!! Dirty carpet, dirty sheets, stove and curtains. Cockroaches in the sink. Smelled very old not well maintained at all! They would not give a refund neither partial or full I was out $500 plus dollars. They only offered us 2 free drinks! DONT STAY HERE!!!!

The access to the beach was great. However, the parking was not good at all. There was only a handful of parking available at the hotel itself. The overflow parking was across the street. It was difficult for my handicap mother. Also, we didn't like the fact that housekeeping was able to come in our room at any time even with the privacy please tag on the door. I am sure it was the water, but inside the toilet was stained (looked dirty) and the tub was the same way. The fridge was hardly cold at all. The beverages we purchased from the store, were colder than what the fridge could do. The beverage actually warmed up as it was in the fridge.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Rust and decay everywhere. Bugs in the room. I stayed in the building behind the registration office, first floor, dismal. Outside of refrigerator rusted. Microwave exterior falling apart. Old bathroom. Squishy bed. I was totally miserable here, I moved out, it was non refundable but I did not care. The only highlight was the Tiki hut and the ladies who manned it.

Floor was filthy.. Feet turned black walking barefoot in room. Bathroom... Toilet couldn't flush anything without flushing several times. The spigot on the sink is way too short. Didn't understand why no curtain or door on shower.. Floor gets soaked.

Parking could be better. Older fridge in room struggled to keep items cold. Shower needs a shower caddy. No place to put your soap or shampoo. No close good places within walking distance to eat.
