Would not refund cleaning charges
They waited until I return home to decline cleaning charges. I submitted photos and videos. Theirs is so much dust falling from the back of the master room door, the ceiling vent are full of dust to the point the dust is on the ceiling. The master tub water backs up. The carpet is filthy. The broken key fob on the master door, make it hard to open. The towel rack in the master bath is broken so be careful. The couch has a hole on the left side. The table chair seats are broken on 2 chairs. The dining room table had food stuck in the creases. The couch is very dirty. There was sock left under the bed. There were shorts left in the washer. The bed skirt are very dirty. The lamp shades are full of dust and dirty. There is tons of dirt and food under the tv stand in the living room. It was awful trying to sleep in this place and they keep saying someone was coming to address the matter but no one never came . I have. The middle light fixture above the bar has a gap with bad repair, it will fall down, the master light is out so lifting is dull. The top blankets are very nasty and dirty.

Nice beach vacation condo
This was a nice condo right on the beach. It was clean very comfortable for five adults and one dollar had pretty much everything you needed in the kitchen. The pools were very good. Location was perfect with easy access to golf restaurants bars my only two complaints and the only reason I didn’t make it five stars Was the kids pool was very cold and the street noise at night was loud sometimes waking us up at 2 o’clock in the morning

Great Experience
We were very please with this booking. The place was clean. It was in a good area and it met all our needs. I was a little weary as I had read several of the reviews that spoke negatively, mostly about not being clean or needing updating. I noticed that most of the reviews were older and decided to give it a try. We were very satisfied and glad that we took our chances with it. I had also read that the kitchen was only stocked with the bare essentials. That was the case but I was also prepared for that. My favorite thing about this place is all the windows. There were floor to ceiling windows in every room and I really enjoyed the views. Would definitely book this place again.

Dirty rooms…. Nice beach
The room was dirty! Dust in the vents, tile grout hasn’t been cleaned ever, didn’t clean behind the curtains (found toys and crap from the previous stay). I wouldn’t recommend going out alone at night. Just stay at the condo. I will say the pools were nice and the beach access was perfect!

Spring Break mid March 2023 was cold, but the apartment was great. Balcony in living area overlooking the beach, balcony in the main bedroom overlooking the main street. Floor to ceilings windows. Multiple pools and spas. Closed to shopping, food, and an amusement park(closed). Other than it freezing on a beach vacation it was perfect.

Great place for the family
We loved it here! The location was great, right on the beach and walking distance to all kinds of fun activities for kids, and plenty of ice cream and pizza! :) The place was pretty clean, but we did have a leaky air conditioner. The property owner was very responsive and worked on getting it taken care of quickly which we appreciated.

Gross neglect
Disgusting room: Feces on shower curtain, in toilet cleaner holder, stuck in rim of toilet. Mold in master bedroom. A/c returns were black with filth and dust. A/C did not work the entire time there. Arrived Thursday tech shows up late afternoon Saturday to expose the black moldy air filters, the moldy inside of a/c, rotted coils, no Freon and could not recharge as it’s R22 and nothing he can do but change the filters. It was 77 degrees in there for 3 nights. Kitchen not equipped. No utensils. Pans rotted and could not be used. No cups. Ice maker was under the sink ($9 bag of ice) Remote to tv did not work. Furniture was uncomfortable and extremely old - thinking of taking a black light to this place makes me cringe. It was the most uncontrollable stay ever. Management was uncaring no empathy. They sent someone to clean but besides the toilet and removing the shower curtain we cleaned and stocked the kitchen with items needed. A/c was addressed 2 days later and unable to be fixed. View is the pier and some ocean. Otherwise wave to your neighbors in the hotel across from you. And you are directly on the strip. Street light almost touching the master window. If you do not care about cleanliness or having a cool place to sleep or a place you do not feel uncomfortable in. This is your place. Other wise read ALL the reviews before going here. They are all true!!! Poorly run management. Shame on them. Shame on the owner. Shame on all representing this place and the conditions that you give to unsuspecting people who pay way too much for a gross health hazard place to stay.

Overall not bad
The room wasn't super clean but it wasn't horrible. Over all we liked the room. The kitchen wasn't wonderfully stocked but we bought some plastic silverware and made do. We had a question and messaged the host but never heard back, luckily we figured it out. We were only there for 2 nights and enjoyed out stay.
