Waterslide closed early on Thursday wasn’t open Friday or Saturday. They claimed it was a wind issue, but we had the same amount of wind on Thursday and Friday as we did on Saturday.
Hotel has a Strict no smoking policy on the property. However, people were still smoking in the rooms turned on the exhaust fan. You could smell the smoke coming up through the floor in the bathroom. I reported this to the office the next day.
The bars at the pool close early claiming it was weather related However, it only rained at 4 o’clock that afternoon and the bar closed at 6pm claiming weather was the reason.
Several of the elevators shook really bad when going up and down almost to the point where it scared you where you wanted to get off at the nearest floor and wait for the next elevator.
Hotel claims to have a valet service, but they claim they don’t do the valet service and haven’t done valet since Covid almost 3 years ago. Question for the hotel is why do you still have the valet signs up in the parking garage if you don’t provide valet anymore?
Room cleaning service is not available unless you spend five or more days at the hotel reason for that was because they’re trying to say Covid, which happened three years ago Very poor excuse.
