The hotel staff was phenomenal from Ginny at the front desk to Latoya and Dylan serving up drinks. Very friendly ,fun group of people. Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

Property was clean and fresh. Oceanfront room was amazing. Grounds were so well kept. Only negatives was the cost for food at the hotel was high and the pool was a little small. Would definitely go back.

Ginny at the front desk was amazing. She answered every question I had and was so accommodating. The bar staff Friday - Monday were so pleasant, remembered our drink orders, and recommended local places to eat (Hot Tomatoes (10/0) & SoHo (8/10)). We extended our stay by one more night and would definitely come back!

I was put in a handicap room with a low and uncomfortable bed that was across the hall from the noisy housekeeping department. They were slamming doors and talking loud every morning at 7am with no concern for guests trying to rest. I’m very shocked and disgusted with my stay at this hotel. Even the front desk lady that checked us in was rude.

Really liked that it was adjacent to the beach. I could sit on the patio and not have to go out to the beach. At night the fire pits kept you warm when the temperature dropped. I didn't like the strong smell from whatever air fresher they use in the lobby. Also, I found the toilets to be quite low and the pillows were too flat. Overall a very good stay with nice staff!

Our room 1010 was opposite of the housekeepers room across from us and they were opening and slamming their door constantly while cleaning rooms. This started pretty early and I was very disappointed in getting this room especially when I told them it was our 40th Anniversary weekend. Also the fan in the heating unit rattled and was unnerving.

Overall, this was a great stay. All of the staff were friendly, the location was awesome, and it was quiet. Personal preferences: No mirror in the room - only the bathroom. This made getting ready difficult. The mini-fridge was not cold and temp could not be changed. The bed was low to the floor and needs a new mattress.. it was quite lumpy. None of those ruined our stay. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the beach made up for minor inconveniences.
