Nice condo with a great balcony
We had two young families here, with 3 kids all under 4, for a total of 7. It was a perfect size for us with nice flooring and a great balcony with a beach view. The only minor complaint is that all towels and bedding were in a bag and we had to make up all the beds and put the towels in the bathrooms, and there were no starter quantities of toilet paper, paper towels, or soap/shampoo. The listing did mention "bed setup" is optional and an additional cost, but we missed that detail. Keep this in mind and allow time to make up beds (or check on the "setup" fees), and bring your own bathroom items, cause showing up late and realizing you have work to do and have to run out immediately to get things is not ideal. Overall a great place and we enjoyed it!

Nice location
Great time. I thought I had ocean front but it was ocean view-still seen a lot of ocean. 1st time we had to make our own beds and towels were not in bathrooms or kitchen. Didn't realize also needed to bring toilet paper and such until we got there. I understand why but just didn't catch that. It was hard to tell where to go at 1st so had to ask front desk anyway. Still great time and relaxing

We enjoyed our stay. Condo was very nice. It is quite a walk to the out door pool. The in door pool and hot tub was inconvenient and some what under whelming.

Excellent stay
I would 100 percent stay here again ! The place was very clean , I loved that all the towels and sheets were wrapped in plastic and marked with a cleaned and sanitized sticker . Put my mind at ease that all was cleaned , not a single stain or mark on them . The place was beautiful and looked exactly like the listing . The wrap around porch was great for morning coffees and evening hang outs .

A fee housekeeping issues
The floors had not been swept or mopped before we arrived. There was urine on the base of the toilet in the master bath. And dishes were left in the dishwasher. They were clean, but I feel like housekeeping should have dried and put them away. Other than the few housekeeping issues the condo was nice, and plenty big enough for my family of 6.

The condo looked clean until you looked under beds as kids would loose their toys. They’re were dust bunnies all under the furniture. The parking was terrible sometimes close sometimes far parking distance. The elevators always bypassed you for the VIP Rooms even though there were 4 elevators. Even some of the VIP’s getting on the elevator would press for their room & you would totally bypass your floor making you wait with all of your stuff unbearable. Also booking with a third party, staff will not help you as you did not pay for any of the hotel fees & another part of their water park ehich needed a different bracelet you can’t buy. Made it hard with the kids that made friends & couldn’t go with them. Never booking third party to save a little money, which we could have had more fun & amenities.

Due to us driving in from Pennsylvania it would have been nice to be able to use the pool prior to getting in at 4:00 but because we didn't have wristbands we weren't allowed. That's a little rough with children. Had trouble with the washing machine not rinsing out. Okay

Didn’t know there was two different towers, went to the wrong tower. Only two parking passes for 3 bedroom condo, friend had to pay $15 a day for metered parking. Floors in condo were not very clean. Washer doesn’t want to spin water out. Will not stay again

Wrap around “beach front” condo
Condo was as pictured in listing. No complaints until we discovered how filthy dirty the floors and baseboards were. We had to swifter and clean the floors 3 times to get the floors to where we could walk around barefoot so our feet wouldn’t turn black. Exhaust fans needed cleaned, lots of dust clods. We pulled out the couch cushions and again, swept a decent amount of sand/food crumbs out of both. Seemed like we almost cleaned as much as relaxed. The condo is not “beach front.” It is behind a building that is beach front so you only have a angle view toward the ocean. I thought I read that 2 out of the 3 bedrooms had balcony access, but I was wrong, only one bedroom did. Another thing, I was very surprised that we had to return our paper pool bands. Step your game up and get the rubber pool bands. One of my last complaints was that I couldn’t get an answer on the parking garage clearance heights. All the people at the front desk literally had to do was walk out and see what it says at the entrances. All clearance heights are posted. Our parking garage was 6’8”. Overall it is a nice place, but I didn’t feel like I was cared about. Our previous condo we stayed at last year, I had direct contact with the owner via phone/text and was told if we needed anything to not hesitate to reach out. I was not checked on by anyone here. We had a good time, but it could had been better.

Sand Dunes North Tower
Nice views of the beach and ocean from the 7th floor balcony. Access to the pool and beach was easy and convenient, we loved having the ice cream parlor right on site, along with the bar (for an adult nightcap). My only issue, the floors were vacuumed but needed to be mopped/swiffered. Also, the couch and love seat need to be professionally cleaned, the arms and cussions were very dirty.

Bachelorette weekend
Overall we had such an amazing time at the property! Few minor inconveniences but they were quickly resolved by owners of the property. A few suggestions I would make is allowing for more than 2 parking passes especially for such a large property. The parking garage was a nightmare but most parking garages are. Our toilets did had some issues and overflowed out of nowhere and soaked my friend’s belongings but the maintenance staff was there within 1 hour and was very friendly and answered our questions and the problem was resolved with no more issues. The view was amazing! The only other issues really weren’t the host’s fault but the resort outdoor pool was temporarily shut down for a few hours and management kept letting us go in and then almost immediately said we’d have to leave for maintenance. I do wish we had the option to buy passes to the water play area connected to the resort but I understand why they have it like that. Be mindful it is a family resort so there were a lot of kids but not to the point where they overtook the hotel just the pool area. Overall we had so much fun and would definitely rebook with this host!
