This is a great beach front property, while a little dated, it is very clean. Proximity to the boardwalk, shops, entertainment is perfect. There is plenty of parking although most is across the street. The walk up is not ideal when you are carrying luggage but if staying in main building there is an elevator. It says the pools are heated but I found them a bit cold. The hot tub was a huge plus! I was only there for a day and a half so I did not get to see all of the amenities but I enjoyed my stay. The staff was really nice. The pool both indoor and outdoor are a huge hit but when I went I had to wait a bit for towels. Overall, I would stay again.

I saw some reviews that said the hotel was dated. I heavily disagree. This hotel was actually quite nice and nicer than some I’ve stayed in. Since you are in the very front of the beach, it is logical to hear some noises but thank god for the a/c they have because it is loud and will block out any noise from the neighboring rooms and waterfront.

I’ve had such a hard time finding decent places to stay in Myrtle Beach, iykyk. I didn’t want to break the bank but also wanted an ocean front room. And that’s exactly what Holiday Pavilion offered me: affordable, a beautiful ocean view room, clean and comfy bed, great pools/lazy river, and walking distance to everything it felt like we were right in the center of it all, keep in mind it is noisy outside and it’s a hotspot so will be noisy late but that didn’t bother us we slept well just something to be aware of. Also was annoying not being able to use the pool until 0830 but they were actively cleaning the area which is nice to see. And parking situation isn't ideal, have to park across the street there are multiple lots to find a spot so if you have a lot of stuff there is an area strictly for unloading. Besides that it was great would definitely return :)

We had a slight problem with our room since I am a severe asthmatic. We changed rooms and were given a $50 credit toward refreshments on the property. Everyone was very nice. We had the queen suite with two queens, kitchen, living with a Murphy bed and oceanfront. Everything was very comfortable.

The location is perfect, right on the beach and walkable to restaurants and shops. Also only short drive to Broadway on the beach. Also enjoyed the pool and lazy river. The room was also great balcony oceanview and full kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.

Mixed bag. Check in staff awesome! The rest assumed Karen and treated you like that. Aircon broke at 9:00. Had to move rooms. Given $50 resort credit. Second room more comfortable than the first. Great location. Good parking. Sound proof rooms, didn't hear kids nextdoor or tropical storm Debbie. Would stay there again.
