Our personally owned and maintained stunning condo is located in the desirable area of Litchfield by the Sea resort in Seaside Inn, one of the finest private, all-season ocean resorts in the U.S. It is conveniently located 1/4 mile from the beach.
Since we are personally owned and operated we email you all your check in information, so you just have to park the car, open the door, and unpack. No waiting in LONG lines at the reception office!! We are not managed by Litchfield By The Sea, so we have our own personal cleaning company come in and do a impeccable top to bottom cleaning.
It is an end unit located on the 2nd floor of Seaside Inn with elevator and 1 parking spot on ground level parking under the building, or ample parking out in parking lot. Our well maintained 2 bedroom, (each bedroom has 2 queen beds to sleep 8) and 2 bath condo is perfect for large families or friends that like to travel together. The kitchen comes equipped with all the home essentials you may need for your stay. Cable TV is in bedrooms & living area. Washer and Dryer are inside in the unit. Relax after a full day at the beach or golf course on our screened in porch overlooking a serene lake with fountain.
Enjoy the private white sandy beaches which can be easily accessed by either a short 10-15 minute walk on the bike/cart path, or drive 2 minutes to beach through main gate (a beach pass will be given to you to gain access through gate) Free parking is available at the 'beach house' clubhouse which has changing rooms, restrooms, and large sunning deck. Beach chaise lounge chairs/umbrella are avail for rent. Go to the Litchfield by the Sea Reception Building front desk- by Starbucks-to reserve. Included in your rental is the outdoor water park which has a plenty of seating, large pool, hot tubs, lazy river w/ tubes, wading pools, water cannons, splash buckets, and squirting submarine. There are 2 cabanas at the pool area that are available on a first come first serve basis. Each cabana includes, 2 lounge chairs and a ceiling fan. There are also many other free activities to do at the resort such as tennis (lighted courts), fishing/crabbing off marsh pier (fishing license required) extensive walking/biking using the recently renovated resort grounds path that connects from Pawleys island to Murrells inlet. Bike rentals are available at the reception building. Starbucks and Coastal Dish Restaurant/ Tiki bar are located on the premises. There is also free secure WiFi within the condo.
Just outside the resort enjoy Brookgreen Gardens, Huntington Beach State Park, shopping at the Hammock Shops, strolling through Georgetown, golfing at any of the 69 public courses in Georgetown & Horry counties on world class courses, fantastic restaurants, and inshore/offshore fishing excursions. Grocery stores, pharmacies, and big name stores are all located within a short drive. A leisurely drive to Myrtle Beach is only 17 miles away for a fun filled afternoon with the family.
Effective 1/1/24, Litchfield By the Sea charges $15 per night resort fee for all renters. Unfortunately, we have to pass this fee onto our renters.

I have a dog that does not shed and is well trained/behaved, can we bring it?
-ABSOLUTLEY NO dogs or animals of any kind are allowed due to severe allergies with some of our guests that inquire. Please do not contact us to re-consider. THIS IS A STRICT POLICY!
How do I have my mail re-directed to the unit?
-There are no mailboxes or a lobby desk to have mail or deliveries made. You must get a PO Box at the local post office.
What style coffee pot does the unit have?
-It is both a drip pot or a pod cup.
What is the age limit to rent this unit?
-You must be 25 or older to rent this unit.
Are golf carts allowed at the unit?
-Seaside Inn does not having any charging stations for electric golf carts. Gas golf carts are not allowed.
Do we need to stop at the front desk to check in?
-No, you may proceed directly to the unit. All your check in information will be emailed to you 2 weeks prior to your arrival with information and codes on how to enter.
We have a concern, do we go to the front desk?
-Since we are privately owned, Litchfield by the Sea does not manage our property so please do not go to front desk with concerns. You may call us directly so that we may help with emergency or important concerns.
-Is unit supplied with essential kitchen supplies?
Salt, pepper, sugar, plates, cups, silverware, pots and pans are all supplied. 1 paper towel roll, and 2 rolls of toilet paper are supplied for your arrival. There is a grocery store across the street for any of your other needs/ supplies.
Can I call housekeeping for more towels or toiletries?
-SInce we manage the property ourselves, we have private cleaners only come before/after your arrival. They do not do daily housekeeping or deliver more toiletries. We have washer & dryer inside unit for you to clean your towels/linens.
-What if I arrive and someone is parked in my units marked parking space?
-Usually people that rent at Seaside are aware of the assigned parking. There may be a guest of a renter in a different unit that do not realize these are assigned. They will eventually leave, and you may resume parking there. Until then, there are many optional parking areas that are available to you to use.
Are there mattress covers on all the beds?
-Yes all beds have mattress and pillow covers.
If I wanted to use the fitness center for my family, is it covered under my rental cost?
-It is not. Since we are not managed by Litchfield, it is not included in our rental.
