This price point is way too high. Not a convenient location unless you are a golfer. Deferred maintenance on this home. Mold on the bathroom ceiling, carpet is gross. Pillows and beds are uncomfortable. Towels are cheap. I wish I could go back in time and have a do over.

My family of four (21 and 9y/o) stayed 3 nights. The property management representative, Amanda is amazing! Very attentive, accessible and knowledgeable. The property itself - great location, accessible to the beach within minutes, nice neighborhood. Downfall - property needs to be better maintained and updated. Bed sheets and bath linen are very worn and not hotel grade. Main bathroom has mold in the grout, second garage door malfunctions, out door patio furniture cushions need to be protected from the elements, washing machine has mold in it. Only two bar stools. Not furnished appropriately for a family. The overall space is nice, amazing sunlight, it just needs to be properly cleaned and furnished with hotel grade supplies. For the price of this rental - I would not return.
