My room was not cleaned before I checked in. The shower and tub had hair on them, the carpet in the room turned the bottom of my feet a yellow-brown color. All but 2 of the towels in the bathroom had stains and/or had hair all over them. Very disappointing for a Marriott, and as a Marriott resort.

It started out a little rough. The AC wasn’t working in our room that we had original booked. However, the staff was very helpful in finding us another room the next day. We were upgraded to a suite and was perfect, as my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary! Looking forward to coming back again!!

Our 3rd time at this Hotel. The Staff was extremely pleasant from the minute you pulled up at Valet to Checking in. The only thing I would change is that there are 3 restaurants- it is the SAME menu at all restaurants.
