OCEAN FRONT STUDIOS - feature a queen size bed located in a bay window, pull out sofa couch, built in bunk beds, full size bathroom, private balcony with an OCEANFRONT view! Unit will accommodate 6 and comes fully furnished. NOTE: This is an efficiency unit.

ONE BEDROOMS: Master bedroom has a queen bed, living room has a pull out sofa, has one full bath room and full kitchen with a private balcony. .
TWO BEDROOMS - Master bedroom has a queen bed, guest room has 2 twin beds and couch in living room make full size bed. Unit has 2 full bathrooms with private balcony with an oceanview. Unit will accommodate 6 and comes fully furnished.
THREE BEDROOMS – OCEAN FRONT – Master bedroom has a queen bed, bedroom #2 has a queen bed, bedroom #3 has a queen bed This unit will sleep 8 to 10 people. This unit has 2 full bathrooms. The living room has a sleeper sofa. This unit is fully furnished.

The Condominium complex is situated on a 33 acre private family resort located within five miles of an amusement park, over 300 restaurants, shopping, entertainment, three fishing piers and over 80 golf courses. We are approximately ten minutes from Myrtle Beach's best attraction area 'Broadway at the Beach', which includes Hard Rock Cafe, Margaritaville, Palace Theatre, Ripley's Sea aquarium, Planet Hollywood, IMAX Theatre, Myrtle Waves and much more.

The Myrtle Beach Resort amenities include 6 pools, both indoor and outdoor, volleyball, basketball, tennis courts, sauna, Jacuzzi, exercise facilities, arcades and playgrounds.

My family and I stayed at this property for our family vacation (there's 5 of us). It was perfect. Overall, it was updated and super cute, and also clean. We had a question and the property owner immediately responded. The boys loved it so much that they asked if we could stay here in this same spot again next year!

Just Yards Away
The best thing about this condo is it is just yards away from the ocean: basically a trip down the elevator, a short walk across the parking lot, and over the dunes and "Wow". The view is amazing. You can see the ocean and even hear it at times from the balcony of the condo. The owner was just a text away and prompt at responding to any concerns. I liked that the condo was several miles away from the busyness of the Boardwalk and high rises. The resort is very family friendly with pools, a lazy river, and a couple of age appropriate playgrounds. As far as the condo, overall it was great; however, the master bedroom could use a new mattress and the balcony could use high back deck chairs. There were no extra blankets or throws for lounging: so, you may want to bring a blanket or two. There is a bar on the property near the beach and you can hear music (karaoke) every evening until about 11 p.m. Overall, we loved our vacation and had a very relaxing time.

Property as listed. Definitely aging building. Very clean but needs repairing. You can tell renters don’t take care of what is not theirs. Basically needs a painting facelift, cabinet repairs, etc.Main facility is doing a good job keeping halls, stairwells, etc. clean however the cleaning solutions definitely leaves a smell throughout. Location is great. Great deal during winter.

Great Resort with plenty to do
I booked the property but unfortunately the day before the property had some issues so the owner gave me two options either a refund or one of his other properties. I took him up on his offer to stay in another unit in another building and so glad I did. The pics didn’t do it justice. We enjoyed everything about our stay. The resort is beautiful and has lots to do for the kids. Most pools were closed due to Covid but the one pool outside our building was open. This resort is a little bit dated so if your looking for modern it’s not for you. I was pleased with the overall stay. Property manager is very nice and responded to the one issue I had and that was only with the tv and figuring out the remote situation but he answered quickly. I would live there if I could. To be completely honest I think housekeeping could do a tad bit better when they clean. The common areas were fine it was just the ceiling fans and filter vents that need to be dusted but stuff like that won’t effect my good time! No bugs is what I care about and I didn’t see one the whole time! The location was nice for me because it’s south of the strip so we didn’t have to be right in the center of hectic. People were super friendly. I enjoyed my morning walks on this large gated property!

Overall we had a great stay. We liked the convenience of the resort. The Quarter Deck had a great hamburger and fish tacos. We also enjoyed the pools and other outdoor activities. Just a few minor issues - for some reason the cable TV only had 26 channels. After doing several channel scans it started working the last night we were there. However, they had netflix on both TVs which helped in the evening with a toddler. Also, we were only provided one wash cloth and only 2 hand towels and no towels for the kitchen. Other than those minor things, we had a great stay and we were very comfortable in the unit.

1st Time Myrtle Beachers!
Great experience renting this unit. Greg was awesome-very quick to respond and patient with many questions asked. Only 2 improvements: supply dish towels/cloths, hot pads/oven mitts. Master bed-comfortable,other than dip in middle(can be temporarily solved by placing pillow under your back). Also,top bunk-my 15yr. old son’s back little sore-can feel wood, underneath, holding mattress. Two very easy and inexpensive fixes. We will rent this condo again.

The owner was very nice and responded with any questions I had in a very quickly. The condo was exactly like the pictures. Cleanliness was 4 out of 5. The buildings hallways and main area was not clean, the carpets seemed very dirty and looked like it needed updating. The outside was well maintained, the pools were very nice. Overall, our experience was great and we enjoyed our stay.

WONDERFUL FAMILY VACATION SPOT!
We enjoyed everything! Property manager Greg was very helpful with every question! The view from the condo was amazing! The condo itself was very inviting, clean and roomy! Our daughters enjoyed the bunk beds! We also loved how many options we had, pools outside, including the kiddy pools and hot tubs for the sunny days and the pool and hot tub on the inside for the one day it did rain. We will definitely be coming back next year!

This spacious condo has a fun beachy vibe. There’s a larger than normal balcony that has an ocean view and also a view of the tiki bar where you can hear tropical music playing at various times of the day. My only complaint was that I felt like the housekeeping rushed on our room. Our towels did not appear to be clean in one bathroom and there were screws and nails mixed in with the utensils in the utensil drawer. There was also used coffee grounds in the coffee maker. I do not fault the owners, I just think that they need to speak with their housekeeper. Other than that our stay was very pleasant.

Great family vacation spot
This was our first family vacation with our 18 month old daughter and this property had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Our condo was updated with modern appliances and furniture/décor and the view from our balcony was what we expected. Our only compliant as far as the inside of the condo was that the floor was dirty, your feet would be black if you walked barefoot so we kept our flip flops on. Everything else in the condo was clean though. The air conditioning worked great, always a concern of ours when vacationing. Everything- beach, pools, kiddie park, were just short walks to get to and there is a Walmart right across the street for anything we didn't bring. Our only compliant outside of the condo was that the elevators were constantly out of order. Luckily there are three sets of them but trying to guess which one to head to each day kinda got old. Greg ( the property owner) was great at responding to emails quickly and answering all my questions which was extremely helpful. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Happy as a clam!
Perfect vacation for a family with small children. The room is located minutes from the beach. It is located in a lower key area so there isn’t the hustle and bustle of the other myrtle beach areas; that being said, it is a 15 or 20 minute drive to most of the attractions. Lots to do at this resort. Not disappointed at all!

We had to change units due to a problem with the A/C unit. The owner had us another unit the next morning.My family had a great time and we will most likely be back next year.
