Lets begin with a newly renovated home, with new paint, no carpets! and new furniture and beds in the primary bedroom, and living room. This large 1200 sf condo is perfectly located within the building, with easy access being on the second floor, with close proximity of stairs and an elevator. There is safety being off the ground floor, yet convenient enough to use elevator or steps with plenty of parking. The one balcony is very private and large with a lovely view of the clean pleasant pool and lake. Enjoy a glass of wine or a cup of coffee enjoying the soothing sounds from the fountain. Just at the corner of the building is a huge charcoal barbecue with a table, four chairs and an umbrella for barbecuing.
My home is equipped with three large flat screen tv's with cable, and internet. I have seating for 6 around the dining table with room for 8 with a table leaf, located in the primary closet. There are four additional bar height seats for additional dining. The primary bedroom has new full and queen bed, two closets, one is a walk in. The second bedroom has two twin beds.. Both bedroom and living area have ceiling fans. The balcony has a table and six chairs. I have the kitchen equipped with dishes, glasses, pots, bowels, toaster, microwave, traditional drip coffee maker, blender, and hand mixer.
The primary bath is equipped with two sinks, a large soaker tub with shower. The second bath is adjacent the second bedroom and connected to the main living area with a large stand up shower and single sink. There is a full size washer and dryer in a closet off the living area that does not interrupt sleeping or relaxing.
At the entrance to Myrtlewood complex is a large area for barbecuing with several picnic tables under a covered roof.
All town activities are extremely close to this complex, including the post office, churches, with walk and biking trails. The location of my home is in a perfect location to everything yet away from the hustle of the large hotel high rises. The beach is between the two areas of beach high rises, BEAUTIFUL and much quieter than the hotel high rise areas!
You and your family and friends will not be sorry with this location and extremely clean unit and complex. I am very particular with my home and it shows. This complex is very well kept with beautiful fountain at the entrance of the street. Come and see all the sights or just relax and enjoy the refreshing sounds of the fountains.

Room given was not the one featured on the Expedia ad, was “run down” in comparison. Total false advertising! The balcony overlooks 25 ft of roofing. Trash is emptied onto common walkway & collected periodically, so we had to manoeuvre around this to get into our unit. Unit had a musty smell, outdated furniture, & the Murphy bed was exceptionally uncomfortable. The TV in the bedroom area screamed like the 3 min warning every time the channel was changed & was essentially useless. The kitchen faucet & pipes banged & rattled every time was turned on to the point that the spray head was gyrating in and out of the holder! The curtains barely fit the patio windows, so maintaining privacy from overlooking buildings, & blocking light was an issue. None of the vertical blinds worked. You had to manually rotate each slat. There are no coat hangers, so bring your own. There were roaches in the room! They came to spray, but couldn’t spray the whole room because we were in it that day (raining). The INDOOR pool is a TOTAL DISGRACE. The hot tubs look like they have black mold all in them, the kids pool is not much better, & the adult pool had a film of “something” floating all over the surface of the water, like the filters don’t even work. The pool deck had an inch of dirt/debris under one of the tables. Area couldn’t have be cleaned in forever. The Health Dept should close that pool down! Unable to upload the photos & videos.

Exactly what my family needed for our 10 day stay. Nice quiet community. Easy to get to where we needed to go. Only draw back was the pook right outsise our condo building was closed for the whole time we were there. Luckly there were plent of other pools to use only a short walk away. Debbie the condo owner was quick to answer any questions I had. Would definitely reccomend her Condo as one to stay in.

Condo was very spacious and in a perfect location to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Also very close to the Cal Ripken experience for folks participating in events there. The owner is very quick to respond to all correspondence. We'd definitely stay here again!

We loved Debbie's property. She was extremely easy to communicate with, friendly and helpful. The condo was decorated very nicely and appeared updated from the original photos. Which was a nice surprise! We loved the extra seating on the balcony, proximity to the elevator, and the spacious interior. Our family varies with temperature preference so if you are like us. I would recommend bringing an extra throw blanket, we were glad we did. The A/C works well and the condo was very clean. Will definitely book again.

The pictures capture the home very well. It is close by everything we planned to visit! Communication with Debra was amazing she walked me through check in step by step and answered all questions promptly! I absolutely loved the balcony and the open layout of the home! We did see a few roaches outside the unit door the first night and one on the counter the last night. This was the only con. Otherwise, I would recommend!

GREAT LOCATION & AFFORDABLE RATE!!!
Had a great time with my Family. Easy to communicate with the host Debbie. Nice & quiet neighborhood. Place is super convenient to Myrtle Beach amenities. Beach was so crowded so we stayed away and hangout locally. Tons of restaurant nearby. Will go back to this place again! Suggestion: A little interior upgrade to the house.

Our stay at this property was wonderful! The location is perfect with just a few short blocks to the beach and a grocery store and many other area attractions within 10-15 min. Felt very safe coming/going and walking in the evenings. The condo fulfilled all our needs perfectly!

Good price and Convenient Location
Overall, we enjoyed our stay here though we had a difficult time in the beginning getting the smell of cigarette smoke out of the condo. Not the fault of the owner, but I did want others to be aware that smoking is allowed on the balcony. I think the previous guests must have been heavy smokers and the smoke from their clothing must have gotten into the condo. It took a few hours of opening windows and running the A/C to get it to a point where it didn't bother us quite as much. If you are sensitive to smoke, be aware that smoking is allowed at this resort on balconies. We encountered several other smokers on the balconies around us which made it difficult to be outside at times. The place was clean, the host was very quick to respond to questions we had, and the price and location was very good. Bring a hair dryer as we didn't see one in the bathrooms. Overall, I'd give it four out of five stars.

Debbie was easy to work with. Checked in late and office did not leave code. Debbie responded immediately and got us a code to get in. Property was as advertised and clean. The only issue was the kids in the pool from 4-9 constantly. I guess that is what you get overlooking a pool though.
