Bedroom 1: 2 Queen Beds | Living Room: Pullout Bed

As you open the door to this 4th-floor condo, get ready to relax and get away from it all. A wall of windows in the living room provides unbeatable views and allows tons of natural light to flood the well-appointed living space.

When you're not enjoying a seafood dinner at one of the restaurants down by the beach, stay in and prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has new appliances and everything you need to make breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Head to the quiet bedroom after a long day of fun in the sun for a good night's sleep. The bedroom has 2 Queen Beds, and 2 additional guests can sleep on the murphy bed in the living room.

Wake up each morning and step out onto the balcony to enjoy your coffee or orange juice! Watching the sun slowly rise over the horizon is the best way to start out your day. The second-floor lobby also has coffee readily available for your convenience. Sit down and overlook the ocean and pick up a newspaper!

At Sandy Beach Resort, you'll have access to tons of great community amenities. Other amenities include a fitness center, conference rooms, and free wifi access throughout the resort.

THE LOCATION

The best part of this condo is its unbeatable location. Take the elevator to the ground floor and be on the beach in a matter of a few steps! Bring a book and get lost in a novel as you soak up the sun.

The golfers in your group will want to bring their clubs and hit the links. Myrtle Beach and the surrounding area are home to nearly 100 premier courses, some of which have ocean views! The closest courses are just a few minutes from the condo.

Myrtle Beach has tons of putt-putt courses that guarantee fun for the whole family. For more family fun, take a walk across the street to the Family Kingdom Amusement Park or Splashes Waterpark! You can spend all day riding the thrilling rides and waterslides.

You're sure to be hungry after so much fun! Luckily, fantastic seafood restaurants can be found right down the street from the condo. After dinner, take a stroll along the boardwalk to browse the shops and get a view of the city from the top of the SkyWheel!

I grew up about an hour from Myrtle Beach but didn't take advantage of the beautiful beach much. I begun traveling the world in the military and realized many families were vacationing at Myrtle Beach. Over the years, my family became lovers of the ocean, so what better place to own a condo than my home beach. I invite you with family and friends into a relaxing environment to make memories.
