This spacious and newly renovated three bedroom, three full bath oceanfront condominium at the Grand Atlantic Ocean Resort is located in the most desirable and central location of Myrtle Beach. This fourth floor unit boasts a large living room with a 50" HDTV, a DVD/VCR combo, a new leather sofa and loveseat, new ceramic tile and luxury vinyl plank flooring, new granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, new stainless steel appliances, new pillowtop bedding in every bedroom, wall mounted 40" HDTVs in every bedroom, a large 25 foot oceanfront balcony with a perfect unobstructed view of the ocean, a fully equipped kitchen, and a convenient washer/dryer. Located on the fourth floor, you can park your car in the covered parking garage and walk directly to your gorgeous condo without having to wait for an elevator! Plus, the Grand Atlantic is one of very few oceanfront resorts that offers enclosed hallway access to each unit---during the winter months, you can leave your condo, take an elevator to the bottom floor and access the beautiful indoor pool, indoor kiddie pool, indoor lazy river and the fitness center without ever stepping foot outdoors!

This West Indies inspired unit includes a large living room with sliding glass door access to the 25' oceanfront balcony. You will have beautiful unobstructed views of the ocean from the living room and dining room, as well as from the master bedroom, which has a king bed with a new pillowtop mattress, a private bath, a wall mounted 40" HDTV, and sliding door access to the balcony. The spacious second bedroom is furnished with two queen beds with new pillowtop mattresses, private bath and a wall mounted 40" HDTV with VCR. The large third bedroom is furnished with two double beds with new pillowtop mattresses, a full bath and a wall mounted 40" HDTV. A queen air mattress is also available, making the three bedroom unit capable of sleeping 10.

Grand Atlantic is a great resort for year round vacationing. The resort's amenities include a beautiful indoor heated swimming pool, 170 foot indoor heated lazy river with rafts, and a large indoor heated kiddie pool with mushroom waterfall and bubbling fountains. Outside, the resort boasts a 65' outdoor pool and another kiddie pool with mushroom waterfalls. Chaise lounges surround the outdoor pools, and a well-kept lawn area with chaise lounges provides additional space for sunning! The resort also offers a large fitness center, a mini mart , an arcade for the kids and an excellent grill/ice cream shop named "Scooby's".

The owner and service staff were top notch. Owner (Joe) was on top of the communication and clearly noted what we should expect and logistics of check in. We had an AC issue and within 5 minutes of hanging up with Joe a repairman was knocking on the door. One night we had some extremely noisy neighbors after 2am and security was no joke-they shut it down immediately. Amenities were amazing, beach access was super easy. Would 100% stay here again. Only reason I gave 4 stars for accuracy of listing is because it showed more seating in the living room which we really could have used but we made due with the dining room chairs.

This property was everything that was advertised and more! Great location, very clean and properly equipped, and excellent service. Owner provided great communication about all that was needed to know regarding check in/out , resort rules, and near by accommodations. The location was simply unbeatable! Being right on the ocean allowed for breathtaking views and easy access to the beach. We enjoyed the perfect ocean view from the balcony and the convenience of having an ice cream shop Scoobys That has great ice cream) and a mini Mart just downstairs. The condo is right off the elevator which makes For easy unloading and coming and going. It was a short drive to Broadway and the Pavilion.

This condo is beautiful! The pictures actually don't do it justice because it's prettier in person! There was 8 of us that stayed here, and we all comfortably fit without feeling like we were all on top of each other. The resort itself was clean and had great amenities. I highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Condo!
This is our second time staying at one of the properties owned by this host. We loved this condo just as much as the one we stayed in last year. The ease of parking and entering the Condo with no need to ride an elevator is awesome. The room was clean and super nice. There is quick beach access and the pools are great. We come in March, so it’s nice that there is a heated pool, lazy river, jacuzzi, and kiddie pool inside as well as two outside. We hope to make this a yearly trip and always stay at one of this host’s properties.

Overall the condo was nice... Plenty of room for 6 adults and 1 2 year old Large balcony with great views of the ocean Could be a little cleaner...floor was dirty but it's hard to keep clean with sand everywhere Convenient parking in garage on the same floor as the condo I would definitely stay here again

The condo was amazing! Clean, and well stocked for our stay! The ladies at check in were super friendly and very informative! Beautiful oceanfront view from our balcony for some of the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets that I've ever seen!! The property owner is amazing!! Very friendly and and quickly responds with any questions or concerns. He answered all my questions and made sure that our stay was perfect!! Will absolutely stay here again!!

This was our first time staying at this hotel, the staff was fantastic! Checking in was smooth, something was getting repaired in a bathroom when we checked in, once they left i noticed we needed a shower curtain. I called the front desk and someone was there in less than 3 minutes! Another time in the week we needed maintenance for something minor and he was there in 5 minutes! Superb service. The condo was just as advertised, Joe, the owner was great to work with. The owners have the condo stocked with essentials and the pack & play & high chair were perfect as we had an infant also. The hotel was very clean (we stayed down the road before and it smelled bad), everything was freshly cleaned in the condo. The only issue we had and its of no ones fault is we drove over 12 hrs and used a roof bag for our beach chairs, well the hotel doesn’t allow them due to the parking garage ceiling, we just removed it before pulling in and figured a way to get the stuff upstairs, it was a little stressful at first but we managed. This condo fit my family of 10 perfectly and we are looking forward to staying again next year if its available!! Highly recommended!

Upon arrival we realized the parking garage was extremely tight. It made parking with a large vehicle extremely difficult. There were some minor things like the light switch cover in one room had a large hole behind it. Other things were a bit more than minor. The bathroom in the master bedroom had a strong mildew smell. There was what looked to be mold on the ceiling and the walls were half painted. The couch was very dirty and had what appeared to be blood on it in a few spots. The floors where filthy. We had a crawling baby and her hands and knees were instantly black, so bad that it stained her clothing. We all had to wear shoes at all times so that our feet would not be black as well. The ice machine is not far from the condo so it is very loud in two of the bedrooms, as well as the door to the parking garage opening and closing. The pools were so warm that they weren’t refreshing. There was a ton of construction happening which was a bit of an inconvenience. The sidewalk construction made getting in to the parking garage difficult. They painted walls and doors so there was a strong paint smell in the hallways and you had to be careful to not touch anything. The ramp to the beach was being replaced so you had to go out around. Overall it was not what we expected. Also if you have small children that need a pack and play, there is only space in the living room or master bedroom. I feel that sleeping of 12 would be extremely difficult.

We all enjoyed our stay at Grand Atlantic Resort! 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Great living room and kitchen facility! We did SO much laundry, with several teens along, and having the washer and dryer right there was fantastic! Right on the beach, excellent balcony, view & same floor parking. Would highly recommend!

Awesome location. View from the balcony was amazing. Joseph was great to work with. Had some issues with the tub in the master bath, and Joseph got maintenance on it right away. Would definitely recommend this property.
