This beautiful 2 BEDROOM - 2 BATHROOM condo is HUGE!! 1,000 SF OF DIRECT OCEAN FRONT PROPERTY ON THE 16TH FLOOR of the resort. Enjoy beautiful East Coast Sunrises or watch the dolphin play from your large oceanfront balcony while having your morning coffee. The condo will sleep up to 8 people with a KING BED in the master suite, 2 queens in the second bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Each of the 2 spacious bedrooms has it's own private bathroom and flat panel TV. The LARGE KITCHEN is FULLY EQUIPPED with beautiful granite counter tops, stainless appliances, and has everything you would need for those days when you want to just stay at the resort and dine in. You will also have your own PRIVATE WASHER/DRYER in the condo so that you can keep those beach towels and swimsuits dry and ready for use.

OCEANS ONE RESORT is full of FUN AMENITIES to make your vacation a memorable one. Enjoy the day on our beautiful beach, lounge around the large oceanfront pool or float around in the winding lazy river. The kids will love the kiddie splash station that has an umbrella waterfall, and a sunken ship. After a fun evening out, relax in one of the resort's whirlpools while having an evening cocktail.

CONVENIENTLY LOCATED in DOWNTOWN MYRTLE BEACH, Oceans One Resort is close to all downtown attractions and located right by the brand new downtown Boardwalk, where you will find lots of shops and amazing restaurants. Just a block away, you can enjoy the Family Kingdom Amusement Park with thrilling roller coasters, bumper cars, log flume and several other fun rides. Or spend the day at the Family Kingdom oceanfront waterpark. The downtown Skywheel is less than a mile away from the resort where you can take a ride in one of their air conditioned gondolas and see Myrtle Beach as you have never seen before. Short stay
A bit of a problem checking in. We where given the wrong code to enter the building. We had no parking pass and we where short on blankets and sheets. The beds had bed spreads on them but no sheets. When we got sheets and blankets we had to make up our beds. Outside of this it was a pleasant stay. the staff at Ocean One helped us with the budling code and a parking pass . They where great.

The weather was amazing the week we were there. The only issue we had was the code we were given to the building was wrong, but we went to the business office and were able to get the correct one. The pools were heated and we loved the proximity to the beach. We would come back for sure!

Everything was good with the exception of not having hot water for about 24 hours. Also, we could never get in with our 4-digit code downstairs to come inside the facility. We had to use friends to get inside the building. All the rest was a great stay. Great view. Clean.

Golf/beach vacation
Loved being on the oceanfront. We spent the majority of our time on the balcony. The kitchen area is very small and the table and chairs too large for tiny area allowed for them. For 2 people it was ok but for a larger group it would be a problem. We did not need to use the second bedroom except for storage, but it looked roomy with 2 queen beds. It was very nice to have two bathrooms.

Everything was great except wifi . We called and was told to call someone else . And called them and still no resolution . We had a guest with us needing to do school work and was very frustrated with wifi and lack of it . Other than that it was an amazing experience!!!

Very nice for the price.
The condo was nice. There were a few quirks. The GFCI for the jacuzzi tub had to be reset. The hot water was insanely hot and it was hard to get the tap cool enough to wash your hands without burning then. The view was fantastic. Everything was clean. Down sides. There are 3 spas on the property, only one functioned for part of our stay, the others were either cold or the jets didn’t work. The functioning one stopped working after a couple of days, but at least it stayed hot. There was a dead mouse in the Lazy River. We reported it to Oceans One but it was still there two days latter. The code we were given to get in the building was wrong. Make sure you check in before the office closes, or this could be a problem. They tell you not to turn the freezer or fridge all the way up. The setting it was on when we checked in would not keep ice cream frozen. The ice make in the freezer doesn't work but there are ice trays (of course the ice doesn’t freeze solid at the setting they recommend. Overall we really enjoyed the stay, and though there were a few quirks we were very happy there. The beds were comfy, the jacuzzi was great, everything was very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location for family with young kids
It was a great stay overall! I had excellent experience from the booking to check-out. I had so many questions prior to arrival and during the stay, but it was a breeze using the APP to get all the answers I needed! The unit is spacious for 7 of us! The ocean view from the balcony is stunning! The location is so convenient with easy access to the beach, the pool and other activities in the neighborhood. Unfortunately, with the hurricane, we had to leave 1 day early, but we will definitely come back again! Thank you for everything!

The condo was clean upon arrival. The views were great along with the patios. All the linen was cleaned and wrapped in plastic bags. Would have preferred not to make the three beds when arriving. There was no toaster, no paper towels, no extra toilet paper, no soap. The condo was equipped with the bare minimum. It was hard to vacuum as the cord was wrapped with electrical tape which was a little concerning. Check in was simple, communication was good and overall a decent location.

FILTHY & STAFF LIES; only the location was good. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE STAY OR RENT FROM THIS COMPANY.
Arrived an hour after check in for our 7 day vacation to the dirtiest room ever from ocean breeze beach vacations. I contacted them immediately before they closed & no one cleaned immediately like their contract says. We booked this 3 months in advance paying them over 3k. The pictures of proof I have are disgusting. They avoided me all 7 days & only called me once. The manager Melissa is a liar & they have their staff Lisa in the middle relaying messages they don’t follow through on. We haven’t heard from anyone in management since the day of arrival & that was only via email because she says the lines just so happen to be down after my complaint & we were there for 7 days and even Lisa was surprised Melissa still hasn’t called me and only contacted me in response via email. The cleaning guy that came the next day told us there was a sex party there prior to our arrival. This was the nastiest room. I have plenty of pics and will never ever bring my family including our very young children to such a nasty place that takes your funds and expects you to abide by the contract but the cleaner plainly told us he rushed to finish & there was a sex party. He also stated to us “you know how conniving the people that own these places are”. There was nasty hair everywhere, rusted blow dryer, dangerous dusty furnace, items left all in the master closet and Lisa told us they didn’t own it at all and it shouldn’t be there. Clothes in the washer & crumbs & blood stains in the beds.
