The condo is conveniently located within steps of Ocean Annies, where you can experience live music by the beach and a fantastic atmosphere. You're also just a short drive away from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, Ripley's Aquarium, and many other popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping destinations. FREE WIFI!

NOTE: Parking is $40 per vehicle and $5 per day for trash. These fees will be charged when you check-in.
- You will need to pick up the key for the condo from a lockbox located in our office, which is a few minutes away from the resort.
HOA's new rules will be implemented prior to February 15, 2025.
- Verification will be handled by Big Fish Rentals and Sands Ocean Club Front Desk. Guests must submit the requested details to Big Fish Rentals and present a valid driver’s license matching the reservation at the Front Desk for check-in.
- Guests can receive Front Desk assistance for lockouts, medical emergencies, legal issues, noise complaints, beach towels, concierge services, and trash removal.
- Starting February 15, 2025, the current $25 parking and $5 per day trash removal fees will be replaced with a $30 per day fee for the length of the guest’s stay, covering all these services.
Please keep in mind that this condo is privately owned and should be treated with the same care and respect as your own home. While we strive to address any issues promptly, please note that there is no 24/7 on-site staff for Big Fish Rentals. However, the Front Desk is staffed 24/7 and available for assistance.
