Take the walkway over the dunes to pristine beaches, on the quieter end of Myrtle. Keep fun in the sun going at the huge outdoor pool or on the lazy river. Further amenities include an exercise room, whirlpools, and seasonal on-site dining.
The walkable locale also keeps you close to restaurants and shopping, with golf courses nearby by car. Plus, we’re in the desirable north end of Myrtle Beach (just north of the Golden Mile, just south of Dunes Village), so we’re located between Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing.
LIVING AREAS
Both condos offer inviting living areas, each outfitted with a love seat, a sleeper sofa, and a flat-screen TV.
KITCHENS & DINING
There is a well-appointed kitchen in each condo that provides a full suite of appliances, ample counter space, and bar seating for two.
At meal time, there is a dining table for six in each condo.
BED & BATH
Both condos sleep 16 guests in six bedrooms and two queen sleeper sofas. All bedrooms include flat-screen TVs.
Both master suites boast a king-size bed and direct access to a beachfront balcony. The ensuite master bathrooms feature double vanities and tub/shower combinations.
Three of the guest bedrooms are furnished with queen-size beds, while the other holds two full-size bed. Both guest bathrooms have a tub/shower combination.
Professionally-laundered linens and towels provided.
DID WE SAY BALCONIES?
There are 50 feet of beachfront balconies that showcase endless views of the Atlantic. One balcony wraps around the side, so you can sit and watch the sun rise over the crashing waves, then in the evening move your chair to watch the sun set! Plus, one rear bedroom has a private balcony with a view that rivals most other Myrtle Beach properties.

ON-SITE AMENITIES
Enjoy relaxing on-site amenities such as an indoor pool, whirlpools, a community game room, and an exercise room. You’ll also have access to the on-site bar and grill (open seasonally) for a quick snack.
The huge 120-foot Oceanfront Outdoor Pool with 10.5-foot Deep End provides year-round aquatic fun. In summer months, float the lazy river that winds around the Phase 2 building. On the few chilly days, an indoor pool is in the building!

THE LOCATION
Discover walkable dining options like Bonefish Grill (0.5 miles), Lombardo’s Italian Restaurant (0.4 miles), and Mr. Fish Seafood Restaurant or Hook and Barrel (1 mile). Also within a mile: Publix, Food Lion, Fresh Market, full slate of restaurants, banking, Walgreens, and more. Hop in the car for a 3-mile ride to famed Restaurant Row. Or, hop over to the 17 bypass for a 20 mile ride down to world-renowned Murrells Inlet with its Inlet Marsh Walk surrounded by outstanding seafood restaurants.
For all-day shopping, drive 5 miles to Broadway at the Beach, 5 miles to Tanger Outlets, or 7 miles to Barefoot Landing.
MYRTLE BEACH
Never been to the Myrtle Beach area? Myrtle Beach is the center of a series of towns incorporating the Grand Strand. International Airport, golfing paradise (upwards of 80+ courses), mini-golfing paradise, Ripley’s Aquarium, WonderWorks, Hard Rock Café, Water Parks, Carolina Opry, Pirates Voyage, Alabama Theater, House of Blues, SkyWheel (seasonal), Brookgreen Gardens, The Original Hammock Shop for Pawleys Island Rope Hammocks, Duplin Winery, and a different outstanding seafood restaurant every night (unless you need an Italian/pizza/barbecue break).

Damage and Incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay. VRBO will attach a charge for Property Damage Protection to your order rather than charging a security deposit.

In South Carolina, any vehicle displaying a valid Handicap Placard, Purple Heart, Disabled American Veterans or Medal of Honor license tag, or a valid and official handicapped hang tag, may park for free at any public-operated parking meter. If your vehicle displays one of these, then you do not have to pay a municipal parking meter anywhere in SC.
3. Seven Day Visitor Parking Pass for any metered parking
• Cost is $(see site, was $50). Passes cannot be used in decal-only restricted parking. Passes are available from Reef Parking in the Pavilion Parking Garage, 914 North Kings Highway (843-626-7275).

Therefore, excessively disturbing noises in dwellings or the common elements which interfere with the rights, comforts or other conveniences of neighbors are not allowed. Noise from television, stereo equipment, musical instruments and people should be kept at a minimum at all times and especially during the hours of 11:00 p.m. through 8:00 a.m.
• Guest agrees to instant cancellation with no refund for Parties, Noise complaints, or Pets.
