Renovated with new flooring, beds, and painting. This ocean view condo made us fall in love with it as soon as we walked in. The ocean views are amazing from the balcony on the 23rd floor. It's connect to Hilton Myrtle Beach. It's exquisitely decorated with the Hilton furniture package.

For an additional fee, this condo can be rented with Unit #2305H next door to make it a 3 Bed / 3 Bath larger space to share with extended family and friends.

For our guests who like to play and explore, you have walking / hiking & biking trails, lake fishing, and ocean-side dining. For nature and wildlife lovers, if you sit long enough on your balcony, you may just catch a whale or dolphin pod going by! Or, even lucky enough to see a spectacular storm roll in right off of the Atlantic. You are close to many local attractions such as the famous Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade downtown -- Home to the SkyWheel, the 6th Tallest Ferris Wheel in the United States. Live music can be seen at The Alabama Theater and House of Blues. Shopping, we have unique, curated shops tucked inside Barefoot Landing, and there's Ripley's Aquarium for family outings and Arcadian Shores golf course located right outside Kingston boundaries. Great place with lots of space

We enjoyed our stay even though we left before we intended due to a Hurricane that was headed our way. The condo is very spacious and has everything you need. Would definitely come back again!

Very enjoyable!

Wonderful location, very secure, clean, great size and great price. Communication was great and everything the way we were told. Easy access and right on the beach with beautiful views! The building was awesome except for a broken down elevator and so many guests for remaining elevators made wait times longer.

Excellent property to stay at. Very clean & well maintained. Very much appreciated the two beach chairs and umbrella and also the laundry pods as I forgot ours! We love staying at the Royal Palms and have many times, and this condo was great.

Royals Palms

Everything was as described. The condo is very clean and roomy. The snack basket was appreciated. The kitchen was well stocked, even the pots and pans are good quality. The location is about 10 minutes from Barefoot Landing which is a great place to eat and shop. If you are looking for a casual place to eat try Mission BBQ, excellent and family friendly. We rarely had to wait for an elevator and it is a quick ride. Everyone we came in contact with was very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

You will NOT be disappointed…book this room! It is spacious, clean, and the view is outstanding. We will book here again and again in the future. Excellent customer service! Providing beach chairs and an umbrella was an added treat and super convenient. 5+ stars!

Great Location, Great Host

This condo was very clean, there were snacks/waters left for us, which was appreciated after traveling for the afternoon. There were plenty of towels, blankets, etc. The kitchen was fully stocked. The pools/beach/restaurants were great. Being attached to the Hilton was nice as well. The location was great. We will definitely stay there again!

Awesome room/resort

Our first family vacation was outstanding. The room is very spacious and laid out nicely. Very clean and updated. property owner is very responsive and helpful with providing check in/checkout procedure. Resort pool is perfect for young children. highly reccomended for anyone.

The condo is very comfortable and has everything you need such as beach chairs and an umbrella, plus blankets to snuggle up and watch Netflix. Yes, they include Netflix, which is awesome. The condo was perfect for our annual girls’ trip and the owners were very helpful and communicative.

The condo was absolutely wonderful! Very spacious and clean. The beds were super comfortable. We all remarked on how well we slept. It is located in a great location that is close to restaurants and shops. This was a family girl trip to spend time with my 83 year old mother for her birthday and I could not have picked a better place. My mother uses a walker and she had no problem getting around this resort. The owners are super helpful and stay in contact with any information that is needed during the process. We would definitely stay again.

Family Weekend
