My family and I really enjoyed ourselves. We love the waterpark. I love the beach access and the tiki bar was really nice. I wouldn't mind more food options but overall the Resort was great. The kids loved it.

People smoking pot on balconies at night. Couldn't sit out some nights. Room service lacking. One visit in 4 night stay. Only received towels and garbage pickup. No soap or other amenities. Good thing we had our own. Pool towels not available till around 10am. None available after around 4. Property is nice but service has gone way down since our last visit.

The nicest part is the kids pool area, however it had a smell and no life guard. Also, the customer service is decent. This property is budget friendly but full of the smell of street pharmaceuticals and loud party people all night long. I got no sleep. If you have a family and don’t plan on partying, do not stay here.
