Good location & minutes away from the Beach
The House is in a Good location. It is 3 Minutes away from the tanger outlet,17 Minutes away from the beach and 18 away from the Broadway At The Beach. Cleanliness: The bathrooms could be more cleaner and the bathtub is clog but the whole house is clean. It feels comfy and we feel at home. Even though it is near the railroad, you will not hear it. We loved the screened porch/terrace/sun room because it is overlooking a man made lake. In our stay, they provided coffee pods, separate coffee maker for the ground cofee and everthing we need for out stay. The communication with the manager was great. Overall we will come back again.

Great place and nice area
We enjoyed our stay. Check in and outs are flexible which is a definite plus. The place was very nice, well stocked with the things we needed and really comfortable. It was really peaceful in the area and The neighbors were nice when we did interact with them but for the most part we got to enjoy the amenities by ourselves. I would highly recommend.

Nice location condo could use some refreshing up.
We had a great time on our week long vacation. Condo location and grounds were very nice and close to everything. Pool near condo was being fixed so we had to walk to other pool and was kind of a hassle because someone had to be in office to let us into pool area due to our pass not working at that pool. Only a 15 min ride to beach. Condo could use a refresh on some of the kitchen utensils and furniture. All in all was a great time.

Very Nice
The condo was in great shape and was located perfectly for our golfing needs. The pool was never open and I never received a reason, but the weather probably wouldn't have cooperated anyway. This also says that it is a 10 person, but if you are traveling with adults it is 6 MAX! The condo was nice and well supplied for our needs. Thanks for helping us.

The house looked exactly like it's pictures. The master bedroom was a plus because of the adjustable bed. The pull out couch was a disappointment because of the thin and uncomfortable mattress ( this house fits 7 adults comfortably). I'm glad I brought my air mattress because I had a party of 9 guests and the air mattress was used for two of my friends. The outlet and food chains were in close proximity (3-5 minutes), however the beach and the fun hobbies were 15-20 minutes away. The neighbors were very nice and welcoming. My friends and I conversed with two of the neighbors while taking a swim in the pool at night. There were no trash bags, plenty of wash clothes and towels, no paper towels, ample pots/plates/ utensils, & a few seasoning. The community was peaceful, it reminds me of a retirement area.

Great place to stay! Close to everything, plenty of room, and very clean!
Property was extremely well kept, not just the condo but the neighborhood. People were extremely friendly and welcoming. Pool located right across from front door. Close to grocery stores and plenty places to eat. Only a quick drive to the beach and broadway. Great place!

Clean and very cozy
The only issue that I had was that the dishwasher Was broken. We was there for 4days so we had lots of dishes to wash by hand. Other then that the condo was clean and comfortable. The owner was nice and understanding when we was running late for check out.

Excellent vacation spot
The wedding party stayed here and it was very nice. We walked in, and it looked very clean. I wouldn't recommend this for 10 adults, perhaps 2 couples and children would be the ideal living set up.

Lovely Property
The property was wonderful! We had a pool right across from our condo, and a playground feet from us. There was plenty of room for our group of 9 to stay comfortably. The only complaint that I really have is that the guest contact never answered nor returned any of our calls. Several things weren't working up to par when we got there, and we couldn't notify him because he wouldn't answer. Other than that, our stay was great.

The condo was clean and beautiful. The neighborhood is beautiful. The neighbors were friendly and helpful. I would def book again next year. Far enough to avoid the chaos of the bike week traffic but close enough to enjoy the beach.
