Beautiful property with amazing views. I love the pools, the water slide for the kids is amazing. I don’t love that I had to pay for parking, but overall it was a great experience!

We had a great stay but when we first got there my reservation was canceled. I booked it over a month before the trip on the Hotels.com app. When we went to check in the lady at the front desk told me the reservation got canceled a couple of hours before. I was extremely frustrated because I was never contacted by hotels.com in any way. Thankfully she said I will take care of you and your family. She was able to get us the same room at the same rate. This was Labor Day weekend so I was worried that they were booked up. My family and I are so thankful for help and making our vacation was great!!! I am now very hesitant to book through hotels.com again though.

Catered to entire family with reference to food selection, water amenities, the walking distance to beach, the free use of towels, availability of tubes, water chairs, beach chairs/umbrella rentals (although, it would have been nice to have that noted, -price). Parking garage availability was a welcome feature (fee comparable & reasonable). Not enough bath hooks & luggage racks for family of 3 or more. I would have brought Command hooks for use.

Everything and everyone was great. The property and our room was clean. Everything smelled good and we truley enjoyed our Oceanfront view. The breakfast was pretty good for complimentary. We didn't use parking. We decided to Lyft because alot of the attraction you could walk. I read a review that said that there was not enough space to store luggage. I agree. Could use dresser to put things away abs shelving. A couple of hooks would be nice to hang towels. However, these are not deal breakers. I would stay at this hotel àgain!
