-Pool disclaimer: In the event of unscheduled maintenance or changing HOA procedures Carolina Palm Vacations does not guarantee pool use during a stay. We will do everything in our power to give notification in advance about any closure.
-Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.

Great Stay!

Was a little leery after reading some reviews but honestly this was a great place! Had everything we needed and more. The sound of the waves, the views, the full kitchen, and washer/dryer made this place a winner. Sure, it could use a little updating but will definitely stay again!

The property is way to big for the size of pools offered. Overcrowded and dirty. Ourdoor furniture needs updating. Had to use the ocean if I wanted to swim.

Great Beach Access

Condo was great. Had an issue with the washer and was never able to get our schedule lined up with maintenance. Pool was clean, but smaller than expected. All in all it is a great place to vacation!

Great location but property needs some Work

To be fair this is a great location. The view from the balcony is great and the beach is very nice. This unit seems to be in need of some updates. The king bed needs a new mattress. It offered no support at all. The sofa bed was completely broken and only fit for a kid to sleep on. The kitchen cabinets literally appear to be minutes from falling off the wall. The washing machine sounds like it’s going to break when on the spin cycle, probably a worn out bearing. Also one of the windows next to the sliding glass door had a 1 cm gap on the side and air was freely blowing in from outside. The whole place also had a very musty and mildew smell. The pool area was ok.

Great view but otherwise okay

The condo has a musty smell and spots that make it look like there is mold. I wrote the owner about it. They think the musty smell was because it was sitting for two days since it's last cleaning and think the moldy looking spots is actually just dirt/dust build up. Just wanted to be clear with what I was told. I also wrote the owner about the balcony doors not locking. Turns out the one off the living room, you just have to push hard to get it to lock. The one off the bedroom I was never able to get it to lock. The day after arriving I went to use the washer/dryer and they were not working. A few days in we found out it was unfixable and they wouldn't be able to get a replacement during our stay. This was very inconvenient because we packed lighter as this condo was advertised to have a washer/dryer. They were able to let us into another unit on Sunday for 4 hours so I could wash a couple loads of laundry. Last night we went swimming in the lazy river and hot tub. When we got back up to the room our skin was itching and certain parts burning. We showered quick which made it better. After research it seems to have been 'chlorine itch' from being exposed to too much chlorine. This would be the property's fault and not so much this owner. But just making others aware. We did swim other days/nights and it was fine then. The patio furniture on the listing is not the same ones at the property. The ones there are rusty and old. The view is beautiful and honestly the best part about the place. I can't say I would stay here again after everything.
