The building of 'A Place At The Beach IV' is directly on the ocean front, you don't need to cross the street. The condo is on the second floor, the balcony have the view of both the whole Apache' Pier and the fantastic wide view of the Beach sand, [NOT the swimming pool view]. The condo will be cleaned before each arrival. The condo has two full bedrooms, two full bathrooms. There is a washer / Dryer room on each floor. Great kitchen with all the amenities, 2 TVs with cables, VCR, DVD and stereo. Located in the famous area of Shore Drive at “A Place At The Beach IV” directly on the ocean in Myrtle Beach. From the balcony you can see the Fantastic view of the ocean; the condo is just few feet from the Apache Fishing Pier, you can watch the fireworks from the balcony at night in different occasions. Two outdoor heated swimming pools (spring & fall) with pool lounge chairs, outdoor Barbecue grills with picnic tables. Walking distance to Ocean Annie’s Beach club and bar. You can listen to a live band, only short walk to Sands Ocean Club. You can walk to the Shore Drive Straw Market.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! The Condo is less than 5 miles from the major Myrtle Beach highways “17, 22, 501, 31” etc. 15 minutes from the airport, and to all that Myrtle Beach has to offer. The famous tourist places Barefoot landing, Broadway AT The Beach which has over 100 shops and entertainment shows like Alabama Theater, Rossi’s and restaurant row, 2001 night club, and many great variety of restaurants famous with fresh sea food. Several Water parks, Aquarium, NASCAR Café, Hard Rock Café’ Planet Hollywood, Ripley’s, Carolina Opera, Dixie Stampede Shows, Alligator Adventure, and House of Blues.

SHOPPING! Only one mile from the new Tanger Outlets, Colonial Mall with the Bass pro shop store, Super Wal-Mart. Myrtle Beach has Over 2000 great restaurants offering everything from fresh seafood, steaks houses, Mexican, and Italian food. Close too many of the mini and 100 golf courses on the Grand Strand area.
There is a laundry room in every floor in the building.
According to the Rules and Regulations of the Real Estate for rental condos in Myrtle Beach that have been also approved by the rental web: the condo will supply one toilet paper per each bathroom, and one Garbage bag per each garbage container. If the rentals need more they need to bring their own supplies based upon how many people are coming, and how long they are going to stay, since the rental condos doesn't have daily services every day like hotels.

The location is amazing everything you need is right there. But condo hasn’t had nothing done to it since they bought it. It needs a make over but it was just the boys so we won’t worry about it being out dated but our wives would have flipped!

Family Trip to the Beach

A wonderful location literally on the beach. Parking was easy and it was right where we wanted to be. The only gripe may be that we had to buy our own paper towels and trash bags. We’ll be heading back, we had an excellent time.

We found two cockroaches when we first got there. Their is dog hair on one of the coaches. There is trash under the beds,and it’s the only condo that has not been remodeled at all. It also has a cockroach smell. The air conditioner does not work.

It wasn't a bad experience. Needs updated badly. The towel rack kept falling, everything is dark the door to the balcony is rusted. The stove is very banged up. This is my fourth time in the same complex different condos. This was the least updated and nice. But it was was fine for the 2 of us. If we had our grandkids it would have been a different story. The love seat was covered with a ugly brown cover that was way too big.

The property was in the perfect location! The condo was good although it certainly could have been cleaner. The owner was very responsive when I had to contact her about a parking tag, I didn’t write our dates on the parking tag initially by the request of the owner but after the first day both vehicles received a parking violation and the gate guard said that we would be towed if we didn’t write the dates on. This was a minor inconvenience, and it didn’t deter from our family trip.

Short 3 day 2 night Vacation trip

Location was perfect! Hostess stayed on top of communicating with me several times before check in date arrived. Received an email the day of stating could even check in early which was awesome. I did expect the unit to be a lil cleaner than it was. I wasn’t gonna bring anything to any of my family’s attention but I did feel like the price I was paying deserved a lil more cleanliness than what we got. King bed slept good, unit is a lil outdated BUT overall was a good short stay !

Didn't like it to well floors had dust an inch deep under things my husband had to fix the shower just so our kids could take a bath and then I got excused of stealing towels and then hand towels so probably won't stay there ever again

Good place to stay just one issue tho..

The place looks just as the pictures show, and worked for us for a quick weekend trip, the community is nice and the pool is awesome. You walk right to the beach too, very awesome place to stay, small living room space, we had three adults and two two kids and it was tight for us all to sit, the rug in the kitchen and under kitchen table were dirty and there was sand on top of the twin bed comforters that we had to clean up! The main bedroom bathroom is small but fine enough. The bathroom towel rack was hanging off and not usable. My shirt fell behind a dresser and it was dusty beyond belief when I picked it up!!!!!!! There was a cleaning fee so we expected better so it’s hard for me to give this place a solid good review, they also do not provide any hand soap and the toilet paper is THIN, very very thin!!! Give this place a try if you are unsure 🙂 if we could get a guarantee that the place we a bit clearer we SO would come back!!!

Great location, very minimal supplies

The location and view of the ocean were wonderful. Was surprised by the minimal supplies provided. There was no soap and only 4 towels/ wash clothes. Yes, there is a laundry down 7 steps and down the hall, but who wants to spend an hour and a half washing towels daily, especially at $4 per load? Kitchen had 1 dishcloth, no towels at all and no detergent for the dishwasher. Items were easily purchased at nearby stores. Unit was very dusty.
