Had to ask to get my room cleaned and extra towels they took stuff and threw it out that was mine paper plates and forks that I needed to eat with they left a dirty rag inside my room I put it out in the hallway it was on the ground for 3 Days even management will pass it don't seem to care about their gas at all the people behind a desk or FaceTiming with people out of the country it was more important for them to talk to their people than take care of us I would never stay there again horrible place I should be compensated I use you guys all the time take care of me

Do not be folded by the pictures. This motel was nothing like advertised. We walked in and immediately walked out to find a new hotel- losing the full price of this booking.

This motel is good for one night. It is convenient to shopping. (Old mystic village is right across the street). It is old and needs updating. The carpet in the hallway was badly stained. The bathtub was either dirty or stained. The room was a nice size. The walls are paper thin. We could hear our neighbors and their children clearly.

Very disappointed in the state and quality of room, especially for location and price. Bathroom was disgusting mold on ceiling tiles, gobs of caulk over existing molded caulk and poor repairs of holes in walls, “patio” was overgrown and facing a parking lot and highway and security was lax. Door into motel area was not working so anyone could gain access.

This hotel was so dirty we could NOT stay there! One look at the room and we left. Your pictures on line are not accurate of the hotel! We want a refund!! Terrible experience! Had to find another hotel!

A little older and could use a few repairs, but love that it is HoJo retro. Lovely staff and a great classic diner next door. Convenience and price point can’t be beat. Wish I had time for the pool.
