8時を過ぎると朝食会場が使えず、エレベーターも混んでいるのに食べている途中で食事ごと部屋に移動するように言われたのには困惑しました。 スタッフの応対はとても丁寧でした。

リーズナブルで、満足度高い
お風呂はきれいだが基本大人4人でいっぱい。朝ごはんは30人づつ6時半から食べれて、夜は同じ場所でドリンクバーフリーでお酒けも飲める。ただしビールは無し。

乾凈舒適，有小巧溫泉可泡湯，櫃檯工作人員非常親切熱誠，接待大廳晚上6：00-9：00有清酒葡萄酒威士季等等各式酒類及飲料咖啡等無料供應有居酒屋的氛圍大廳有乳液等各種備品，還有要記得拿大廳的枕頭非常舒服好睡，會回住的飯店

朝食も美味しいしくて良かった！ 私にはパジャマがズボンでないと寒くて眠れないんだとわかった。 照明を薄暗くして寝たいが眩しいか消すかしかやり方がわからなくて、これまた眠れなかった。 女性限定アメニティは嬉しかった！

部屋のサイズは申し分ないのですがエアコンの効きが悪かったような気がしました。 禁煙タイプのお部屋を希望しましたがおそらくエアコンからのにおいがあったのでフル稼働でメンテナスもなかなか難しいのかな。と思いました。

目の前に富士山を眺めることができて、とても良い部屋に宿泊できました。 室内は清潔でしたが、バスルームが狭すぎて使用する時に大変苦労しました。 トイレが斜めに設置してあって、目の前には壁が迫りすぎ。 他の部屋はどうだったのだろう？とも考えました。 天然温泉は食堂の一番奥にあり、他の宿泊客が飲食を楽しんでいる目の前を通るということに、少し抵抗がありました。(気にしなければいいけど) 朝食付きのプランでしたが、このホテルの朝食は最高です。スタッフさんのおもてなしの心も伝わってくるような、あたたかい雰囲気・懐かしい味を堪能することができました。 友達にも勧めたいですし、きっとまた利用をさせていただくと思います。 ありがとうございました。

温泉を利用するなら値段なり利用しないなら高いです。
朝食は美味しかったです。 部屋のバストイレは非常に狭い。 ベッドはダブルユースを一人で使用したので快適でした。
