Traditional Japanese rooms at its best. Place is a bit dated but well kept. Nice to experience the Japanese lifestyle. Beautiful onsen on the 10th floor - complimentary for guests. Hotel is only a 5 min walk from Nagano Station.

空調の調節が出来なく、掛け布団が重過ぎて寝不足でした。フロントも事務的で、何より1階のエレベーターで宿泊階まで行けるので、セキュリティが心配でした。フロントが2階に有り1階はひと気が無くて少し怖く感じました。もう利用しません。

お部屋は綺麗にお掃除されており、大浴場もあり快適でした。 駐車場も地下なので雨でも濡れる事なく移動できます。 コンビニは道路を渡ってすぐの所にあるので便利です。

フロントが2階にありますが、エントランスからの導線が悪く、案内もない為分かりにくかった。 今の時期だからしょうがないのかもしれませんが、１Fエントランスの照明が暗く、一部シャッターが下りていたりして、一瞬営業中？と不安になった。

展望風呂が最高です。夜も朝も利用しました。
最上階の展望風呂がよかったです。宿泊者専用のエレベーターがあり、部屋着、スリッパのまま行けるので、利用しやすかったです。

ここは，地下駐車場から客室フロアまでエレベーターで直行できるので，余計な接触リスクを避けることができる。10階の大風呂も気持ちよくリラックスできる。交差点の斜め向かいにはコンビニもあるが，飲食店へは少し歩かなければならない。車移動主体の旅には便利。
