Super clean and spacious rooms. Free breakfast was a nice bonus. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is not a fancy hotel but it was so clean and it had laundry facilities and an area with a microwave oven and ice machine. They also have a quiet workspace for anyone who wants to use it. Overall we were really happy with our stay at Toyoko Inn Nagano.

Our stay at Toyoko Inn was beyond amazing. The staff was just outstanding, polite, and very helpful. The breakfast is delicious and so convenient. If you are alone or as a couple then definitely worth it to stay here if you are trying not to spend a lot of money on hotel accommodations. It is perfect for people who plan to spend the days out and about and come back to sleep. It is also very close to the main train station. Thank you to all the amazing staff!

One of my favourite hotels in this trip so far Room is quite spacious for 1 adult, staff super friendly and complimentary breakfast every morning. It is located on the quiet side of Nagano Station however, is less than 10 min walk away. Would highly recommend this Toyoko-Inn and hope to stay again in future.

A good choice for a night or two
Excellent, would stay again, spacious triple room, close to the station / centre of town, everything was clean and new, comfortable bed (firm), good buffet breakfast and for a good price. If coming by car best to book a parking space at the hotel well in advance and get a confirmation as it fills up, there is other parking around but it’s more expensive and not as convenient.
