The good part: the building is new, and/or the units are recently renovated and modern. The location is good, close to Sakuramachi tram station, and even walkable from the JR train station (where there is a supermarket). The kitchenette is appreciated.
The not so good: the management communication and check in process is poor, as others have written about. Even the process for entering the building via the keypad lock is going to be unclear for most English speakers. The self check-in (there are no staff on site) is confusing and buggy. The only saving grace is that there is a "Help" button on the Ipad that gets you quickly in contact via video chat with someone who speaks reasonable English. Also be aware that there are no laundry facilities on site, and at least for my suite, although quite large, there is no desk. Nor USB-A or C charging ports.
