Verified traveller

The hotel staff didn’t telephone me and directly canceled my booking. When I arrived the hotel at 11 pm, the staff at information desk told me my booking already had been cancelled and only one suit left, which the price is double of my reserved booking. When I eat breakfast tomorrow morning, the guests seems not too many.
