This was an easy one night stay. Room was clean and pet friendly. Close to where we needed to be in Napa.

Decent hotel that served our purpose. The cafe had a nice selection of food. The hotel was clean although tiles in the bathroom were missing. Good selection of toiletries in the room. Probably time to update the beds. They sagged in the middle a little. Good pillows. The shutters in the room are a nice touch, rather than the drawstring curtains you find in so many places. Even the air conditioner was encased to match the shutters. Those little touches make the place feel more upscale.

Napa Wedding
We were in town to attend our granddaughter's wedding but couldn't afford a room at the wedding venue. We looked up hotels near her venue and found Hotel Indigo with much better pricing. They also made an exception and let us into our room early so we could change before the wedding. The room was clean, beautifully decorated and the bed was really, really comfortable. If we could we would have stayed longer. Next time we come to Napa this is where we will stay!

Very nice hotel with a great staff
We’ve stayed at other Indigo properties in the past and have always enjoyed our stays. While the one in Napa was a little older, it was well ordered, clean and comfortable. The sitting area was really nice and offered plenty of light. The service and staff are exceptional, friendly and professional.The bonus was it was very close to one of our dearest friends.

We stayed at Indigo for 2 nights. It is a very clean and updated property. We had a dog with us. It was a very nice stay. It is a relatively short drive to downtown. We highly recommend it.

Hospitality starts at the front desk check in
Both people at front desk check in were rude and unwelcoming. The women checked us in, gave us 2 keys that stopped working the next morning and never told us that parking ( in the mostly empty lot) was an additional $10. All fees, on principle at the least if not by law, should be disclosed. The 2 people (different from check in) at the desk for checkout were warm, accommodating and generous. The room was very comfortable and very clean.

I had to wait awhile to check in. It was pretty late but I couldn’t find anyone. It’s very clean and comfy. Room layout was great it was clean for the most part. Issues I had was there was mold on the shower head. You can also hear people talk outside in the hall.
